I walked to town and got us something for dinner, am allowing myself potato for the first time in ages =) we are going to have chicken in a lemon rub with daulphonaise potato as a treat =)

I have the washing on and am catching up with my sky recordings, going to hoover in a minute and clean the bathroom =)

Hi Binks - sorry you've been having a rubbish time :-(

Hate pain related to the mouth. I have stretch marks too - I hate them - really get me down. Wish there was something medical that could be done to get rid of them. I've had them since I was a teenager - luckily none (so far) on tummy, arms and only a couple of small ones on tops of legs that are difficult to see - but pretty bad ones on my hips and boobs. Really depressing!

But it's what I've been dealt and I have to look at the positives and if I can get a knock out body then at least that will help with my confidence.

I dread to think what my weigh in will uncover next week!!

I hate stretch marks that's why I am using lots of lotion :)

I have had a bit of a lie in even though I went to bed at 9pm, woke up and cleaned the bathroom as I didn't do it yesterday and the kitchen, still need to Hoover but will do that later :)

Walked to town to get a few bits and bought us a subway lunch, I have finally had a subway salad that lots of peeps have been talking about on here and have to say it was really tasty and it is gluten free so very happy I have a new low cal lunch option x

Back on the net now MIL has gone on holiday - still in Midlands though.

Been looking at some youtube stuff this morning and found some brilliant workout, exercise, pilates etc. stuff by Denise Austin, another American.
This is one I have downloaded --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuiKlLS0I8w ---- along with a pilates and 3 Abs and Back workouts. Lots of different ones depending on what you like to do.
I like pilates so going to do this later today.

We are going back home tomorrow - son will be over for dinner and I have shopping to do later :) smileys are not working.
 
I have got out of the routine of logging my food diary, luckily MFP keeps the log =)

This week Wednesday-

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash and a cup of tea ~ 70 cal

Lunch cooked chicken with a steamed vegetable bag ~ 263 cal

Dinner Inspiration fish with peas and leeks in a minted butter ~ 285 cal

Snacks ~ pom bear, dairylea and crackers and biscuit ~ 477 cal

Total 1,095 calories

I completed a session of the 30 day shred

This week Thursday-

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash and a cup of tea ~ 70 cal

Lunch cooked chicken and a steamed vegetable bag ~ 156 cal

Dinner cheese and ham omelet ~ 429 cal

Snacks Dairylea and crackers, pom bear,biscuits ~ 628 cal

Total 1,282 calories

I walked to and from town burning 402 calories.

This week Friday-

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash and a cup of tea, fruit smoothie and yoghurt choob ~ 163 cal

Lunch Apple fruit bag and banana ~ 108 cal

Dinner Potato Daulphonaise ~ 370 cal

Snacks Dairylea and crackers, eat natural, pom bear, capri sun ~ 682 cal

Total 1,322 calories

I walked to and from town burning 402 calories.

This week Saturday-

Breakfast 1 litre no added sugar squash ~ 24 cal

Lunch Subway ham salad ~ 328 cal

Dinner Mediteranian vegetables in tomato sauce with grated cheese and a corn on the cob ~ 390 cal

Snacks Dirylea and crackers, pom bear, dark, milk, white chocolate sunflower seeds ~ 741 cal

Total ~ 1,482 calories

I walked to and from town burning 402 calories.

Today the bf stole my covers and opened the curtains to make me leave our bed lol x

We walked to town and had lunch, i usually have a salad or chicken skewers as they both come in around 400 calories but i wanted comfort food today so settled for ham egg and chips which came in at 700 calories.

We have measured the extension lead and definitely need to purchase another extension lead so that i can tackle the garden, the bf is going to pick one up after work one day this week =)

The base is lettuce and then you chose and of the vegetables you like and chose your topping, i had ham and decide whether you would like cheese or not and finally if you would like a sauce =)
