I have found some on myfitnesspal but not that brand - 100gms was 637 cals. Will have a look for them.
 
I'm too on fitness pal now. Tracking what cals I actually have whilst doing sw x
 
So this morning i have enjoyed a lie in as i am up very early (for me) tomorrow, for my first settling in session for my new job =)

I have had a nice relaxed morning having a cup of tea and watching supernanny, have cleaned the kitchen and done the washing up, have sorted out the washing and have the first load on now and tidied the bedroom.

Going to get ready and walk into town as i need to pop to the post office and get something for dinner =)

Nice to catch up with you. I seem to be getting a grip on my yoyo food patterns. Binky if you saw my loft you would probably be horrified. Having been here for I think it's now 37 years it is crammed full! There are clothes from 1970's upwards, objects of all description. Don't think I could tackle it!!

Well done for starting to get to grips with it x

Wow that is worse than ours =) we have been here two years (our first owned place) and i have organized the loft into sections i just need to start bringing down a box at a time and convincing the bf to get rid of things he does not need as i do not want random stuff up there, that i would then have to deal with when we buy our next place. The annoying thing is i only have one box up there that is just childhood memories :rolleyes:
 
I have not yet left for town as i have been sat here on google looking for a cheap few days away for me and the bf at the end of august....

It his birthday in September and i never know what to get him and we have a week off end of august so trying to find a cheap deal but finding it difficult as i don't know where to go ha ha x

What are you going to have - shredded stamps and passport application form on toast :D

Arrived in the Midlands with a lot of the journey in heavy rain - first we have seen for ages. Enjoy your dinner.
