Birthday Holiday Challenge

Well I have just booked a holiday to Tunisia and I am setting up a challenge to get to goal for this time, basically! This holiday is also for my 21st Birthday and the first time we are taking my baby boy away aswell :D So you can either join me on this challenge (as November is a reasonable goal) Or if you have a holiday challenge yourself...

Well lets begin

Hiya emmie id like to join you in the bikini challenge! we can do it :eek: my holiday is September going to Turkey its my first holiday in years and Im determined not to ruin it by being unconfident round the pool.

Yep.. I lost 6lbs last night :D good stuff to start my holiday challenge off :D
 
thats fantastic!! well done :D i've lost 4lbs so far can't wait to be able to buy a nice bikini :)
 
Thankfully ... Spring is officially here (even if the weather doesn't think so, :D )... and I have been looking at holidays. Today I booked our hols to Italy in July and that means hot weather and hot weather = skimpy clothes. :eek:

I hope you ladies don't mind me crashing in on your thread. I have a holiday booked for 15 weeks from tomorrow and I would love to lose 3 stone in weight by then so I can fit into and look okay in a swimming costume; shorts and t-shirt and those little summer dresses.

I want/need to lose 3lbs per week, which I will focus on rather than the huge total of 42lbs.

I am going to do a low grain diet (wheat/oats make me feel ill) and moderate daily exercise... how are you ladies planning to lose the weight? I am a SAHM to a toddler at the moment so I need to pre-plan meals daily and fit exercise in around her; she is incredibly time consuming (not that I would have it any other way) and I need to be uber organised.

Hey everyone :) Im on Cambridge diet so can i join in?

My 21st is in may and id love to lose around 2 stone by then :) ... me and my other half have are also taking our daughter on Holiday on the 28th of September which i think i should be within a stone of my goal weight :) :) .. i'd also love to be at goal weight of 8 stone by our daughter's 3rd birthday which is the 26th of October :) xx
 
Good Luck everyone! Sorry not updated for awhile lol, I now need 33lb gone by November.. what do you think?! Lol im hoping to smash this :D I really want to look good in that bikini lol!
 
Its my first weigh in tomorrow... Hopefully I will have lost three pound plus towards my three stone holiday goal. I had a sneak peek on the scales mid-week and I had lost four pounds then, so things are looking good for wk one. How are you all doing? X

What plan are you doing? Sounds promising, Good Luck! Im sure you can do it. Its mine and my OHs anniversary end of may and i want to lose a good 12 lbs by then also. This week has been not so good. But i had a sneak peek at the scales and they said 13 12.5, it totm soon though so probs fluctuating :(

Hi I'd also like to join please :)

ill be 30 in October so my goal is to get down to 11stone by then. Starting in at 14st 5lbs, so hoping to lose 3stone 5lbs xx

p.s. huge congrats to all of you that have done a fantastic job so far. It's really inspiring to see :)
 
I am joining too I am 30 in November and going to New York! I would love to 12 stone by then but would be happy with 13 stone I am currently 15.10 so need to work hard!
My weigh in is a Tuesday xx
