Blades4life Slimming World Food Diary - Good/Bad I will report lol

Well its that time of day again to update my food diary :D Used more syns then I wanted to but still under 10 so shouldn't worry really :D
Here goes....

Total syns - 8.5
Breakfast - 25g Cinnamon Squares (5 syns) topped with fat free natural yoghurt & chunks of apple

Lunch - Chicken & salad cream (1 syn) on 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread (hexb)

Tea - SW Pizza (cheese hexa) with SW chips, 1 tbsp. light mayonnaise (2 syns)

Drinks - Tea (0.5 syn for milk), no added sugar cordial, coffee

Ive also measured myself as my size 14 trousers feel looser and heres the results :D :D

Chest 38" (lost 1")
Waist 33.5" (lost 0.5")
Hips 43 1/4" (lost 3/4")
 
they not from my starting date but about 6 weeks ago or more I think :D and whats a trampette lol
 
It's good especially after Christmas :)

A trampette is a small indoor trampoline. I've got it to do some home exercise but kids love it x

Yes true :) oh i kinda reckoned it might ve something like that but wasn't sure lol x
 
Well going to update my food diary vaguely as had a sunday dinner out :)

Breakfast - 2 double choc hifi bars. Cup of tea (milk hexa)

Lunch - beef topside, broccoli, cauliflower cheese (? Syns), carrots, sprouts, 200ml gravy (3 syns), mash (milk hexa), 3 roast potatoes (? Syns), 2 yorkshire puddings (? Syns)

Tea - maybe fruit & natural yoghurt and a cuppa as still full

Drinks - diet pepsi, no added sugar cordial, tea (milk hexa)


Not sure how many syns in the roast dinner but at least 3 x checked scales again at mum in laws and says a loss of 2-3lbs so quite happy :) will look better at syn values once im on my laptop lol

Well done on the scales result !

It was nice and the synned stuff was only little portions especially the cauliflower cheese but will see how i have truly done on thursday :)
 
Bit of a crappy day as hubby been a pain all day but finally hes seen sense i think x food wise another good day so here it is

Breakfast - 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread (hexb) with 2 tsps chocolate spread (3 syns)

Lunch - butternut squash soup, yoghurt (1 syn)

Tea - stew (4.5 syns for gravy)

Could do with having some more milk as only had drabs in my cuppas lol x so all in all 8.5 syns :)

Been walking here, there and everywhere today so a lot of body magic done :D

Here whats todays food looks like...

Breakfast - 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread (hexb) with 1 tsp light marg (1 syn)

Lunch - jacket spud with baked beans (will ask for salad next time)

Tea - Spaghetti Bolognese (off SW website) with 40g light cheese (hexa)

Snacks - 2 x Cadbury heroes (5 syns), dash of milk in tea (0.5 syn)

Drinks - Pepsi Max - cherry, Tea, coffee
