Well i was good all day yesterday and scalws showed a 1.5lb lost but then had a takeaway last night as me and hubby been super busy and now scales say 1.5lb up & its weigh ib tomorrow grrrrrr

Well had a sneaky peak again this morning on my own and its saying maintain although sometimes my scales are half a pound higher so i may have lost half a pound which would give me my two stone award so be happy with that lol
