hey up xx i have been busy recently doing nothing exciting but keeping going lol xx by time i relax im knackered xx feel awful as i have so.much lovely support on here and feel like im ignoring you all xx

Aww don't worry about it, we all have busy life's, at least u haven't completely disappeared :) from your yoghurt and hifi bar sounds nice, what are they like them hifi bars? Everyone seems to be on about em lately xx
 
Right i am determined to update my diary every evening now as im neglecting you lot xx
here is todays food...

breakfast - bacon & egg sandwich on a large white breadcake (going to say 15 syns as breadcake is 252cals and they will have been fried in oil)

no lunch :(

tea

chicken & vegetable curry (all free and becoming my fave SW meal hehe)

snacks - sultana & apple alpen light bar (hexb), double choc alpen light (hexb) with fromage frais

drinks - glass of milk (hexa), coffee, pepsi max

sorry they are alpen light lol but the hifi bars are yummy to. They are chewy buy full of flavour x
 
Well feeling topsy turvy again x i so reckon once we get to tomorrow and its feb i will be better lol xx
Yesterdays food was as follows....

Breakfast - Porridge (hexa & b) with 2 tsps choc spread (3syns)

Lunch - Ham & chopped tomatoes

Tea - chinese style pork steaks with peas & SW chips

snacks - 0% raspberry yoghurt, alpen light bar (3 syns)

drinks - coffee, tea,
 
Not had much to eat today and feel strangely vacant as if im not really here if that makes sense. Have got cold so think its a cold headache starting x

So todays food is


Breakfast - Porridge (hexa & b) with 2 tsps. chocolate spread (3 syns)


Lunch - Nothing :(


Tea - Chilli con carne (3.5 syns for 25g reduced cheese) and SW chips.


Snacks - Lemon greek style mullerlight yoghurt (0.5 syn)


Drinks - Tea, coffee, no added sugar squash

Total syns - 7
 
I sometimes miss meals on a weekend , usually got things going on or doing, so wouldn't worry too much there
Try dosing yourself up with lemsip or something?
might 'bring out' the cold better ? x

yes i was at a kids party and actually despite all kids having maccy ds u wasnt hungry till i got in xx going to get in bath and take your advice :)
 
McD and beer! You're one committed bunny...looks like you're heading for another great loss :)

Well been one of those days today :(
Have felt lethargic all day, even had a few hours sleep this afternoon but not helped. Last time I was like this I was anaemic so if I don't start feeling better I'm going to ring docs.
Food wise its been a high syn day but within syns, think ive eaten more to try and keep my energy up. Went out of house earlier with kids to shops and then to park, I briefly woke up but it was not long after that and having sunday dinner that I fell asleep :(

So here is todays food....

Breakfast - 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread (hexb) with 2 tsps. choc spread (3 syns)

Lunch - Roast pork, Mash (hexa milk & 1 syn for marg), broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, roast parsnips & roast potatoes, 200ml gravy (3 syns)

Tea - Jacket potato with tuna (1.5 syns for salad cream & marg)

Snacks - Apple, 0% raspberry yoghurt, 2 Cadbury eclairs (3 syns)

Drinks - no added sugar squash, tea, coffee

Total syns - 14.5
