I'm very happy tonight, just worked out I weigh 80kgs which is what I said I wanted to be by Christmas on the 2012 goals thread so am really chuffed with myself!

And (edited cos I'm excited) I just bought a pair of size 16 trackie bottoms (the proper Olympic ones down to £6 in sainsburys) & they fit!!!!!!!

Yay for you, i remember how I excited i was earlier this year fitting into 16's for the first time in years. Its so good to be in 'normal' sized clothes. Well done.
 
Thanks girls. Am just waiting for my mate to go to Zumba then home for pasta bolognese for tea (Hairy Bikers recipe) which is bloody lovely!

I'm going to try (I'm not the best cook) and make the pies, using a pizza base. I'm going to use tinned basics chicken curry as a low cal/fat filling, and take them on a picnic on Saturday.

I'm going to try the pies as well. I love pies and i don't think i have eaten one this year as they are so calorific!
 
See pie no I am not that fussed but i'd love to try the pasties but the danger is cooking 8 & they come out the oven warm & shouting eat me eat me I don't think I could resist x
 
Peeved off, day 2 of week 4 & on the second run jarred my knee & had to stop, walked for a few minutes & tried again & nope it's not happy with me so walked the rest of the 30 minutes on an incline then Went on the crosstrainer instead so reckon I'm gonna have to be careful for a few days.....
 
Oooh take it easy for a few days and listen to that knee it will let you know when it's ready x

Yeah will do. I'm a bit worried about weigh in tomorrow, although it looked good early on in the week it's not really moved since & feel a bit bloated tonight, am hoping I'll be ok by morning....
