Born obese , Tomorrow is my New Dawn

Thanks patsy, it was Kay who said look at the bigger picture this morning wen I posted being a bit miffed bout only 1 lb this morning,
I've never really done it before coz I've started so many times at slimming world ( different groups ) each time ,
But I took it right bk to the very first time I went and taken the stats from that coz it was the start if my journey ,
It's made me sit up and think and realise I'm not a failure , and that each of these mini targets are so in my reach ,

I have done a lot if thinking today , food wise I've been more relaxed as I have been doing an previous Saturdays ,
I'm back to my plan tomorrow , as at the mo I'm not officially doing slimming world as it should be I'm also trying to monitor calorie intake ,
I want to get them 3lb off ASAP , I accept it may not be by next Saturdays wi , But I have wasted too many years , I first walked into a slimming world meeting in 2000,
It's reduculius to think 14 years later im still on that same journey ,

Morning Von lovely :p , I've just popped in to say hi, I'm going to have some brekkie then off to Asda to do my food shop. I will pop back later to have a good catch up on your recent posts . Yes I'm feeling really good , I've had loads of these light bulb moments over the past years
( lifetime ) cough,,,
But I can genuinely say the thinking I did yesterday was different it made me realise I can do this and the mini goals are so reachable but such an achievement as well,
I know I've lost more and I'm losing regain weight to get my 7 st award bk and my 8 st award but now I'm thinking wow 3 lb to lose and then only 1st to get to the lightest I can ever remember being and reclaiming my 8 st award then I am in new territory working towards 8.5, , I'm excited not daunted about this ,
Anyway that's enough about me rambling on , well for the minute anyway he he ,

Went shopping today stocked up on fruit and veg,
Along with 2 pairs pyjamas
Slippers
Eyeliner
Cc cream
Shimmer face cream ,

Hello Von :), loving your shopping list, just replied on my diary too . Well done on your mini goals ! I know you've spent some time now to go back and see how well you've actually done and how far you have come on your journey. Your stats are simply amazing and I get a lot of inspiration from you. I'm sure you will get both your 7 and 8 stone award very soon. Staying positive for you hun, always :p !

Think yesterday I was retaining fluid, I did feel a bit bloated but today I've drank the same water as I do everyday but today hav been to the loo loads more , which us what we want get rid if it ,
Food today had been low after yesterday's relax mode ,
Today's been
2 pears
2 oranges
2 tangerines
A punnet strawberries
Some grapes
Muller yogurt

Fennel tea
Green tea
3 litres water

After logging that down does make me realise how low that is , I've kinda picked throughout the day , I'm not hungry so it's bit as if I want more but not allowing myself,

Tomorrow il be making veg soup to have for my teas next week ,

Hey Von :), food looks really healthy, but its very low in cals and I didn't see any hex's ? Just saying as a friend I think you should add a little more hun, your body will feel weak otherwise . What about protein, some meat ? or if your like me and don't fancy meat then maybe some lentils or beans to give you the protein your body needs ?

Yea your right as I said wen I re read it made me realise how low it was It's not usually that low, and again your right didn't hav any hex today , that wasn't intentional just didn't happen , usually have milk in tea but only had green tea and fennel ,
Wen I make my soup I add lentils and pulses ,

Morning diary ,
Just going to make a cuppa and sort some brekkie,
Rang the dr ordered another sicknote , appointment come today for consultant it's wed 26th, although I already know the results of MRI wiv my sis working at hosp on the unit I will be going to , took it in and the consultant looked at it , so next wed is just going through the motions I guess ,
