I've had a nice day thanks not really done much been for a walk,

So not had plans today so I went out for a walk , I set an app on my phone I was out approx 1 hr 45 mins,
Walked 10,865 steps
Distance 4.2 miles,
But my knee is killing me now ,
I wasn't expecting to of walked so far so I'm really pleased with that :)

Well I've wi and it's 1lb loss this week, I wasn't expecting any to be honest , I feel really bloated and the totm fairy will be knocking on my door in a few days :(
But on celebration side of things that little 1lb does mean I've now lost 100 Lb,
So I'm pleased :)

I'm so happy for you ! :talk017: Yay ! Congrats on your 100lbs loss ! That is a fantastic achievement ! I think the 1lb loss had a lot to do with TOTM and feeling bloated, but hey it got you to the century club so that's brill ! :D

Sorry I have been AWOL and thank you for all your lovely messages I have missed u loads too :). I hope the challenge is still going well for you. I am finding it easy now, the first few days are always harder. How have you been hun ?

Yea I think it definitely with totm due but I'm pleased coz it did get me my century ,
Hope next Saturday will be better ,
I'm having the sweetcorn / celery mix today,
Threw the rest of the mixed beans out even the thought of it made me feel sick ,
Il just stick to adding them to soups lol,

Yep maybe they work better in soups lol. Only 1 day left of the challenge now Von :). I will post up the results on Tuesday. I'm sure next week the water weight will come off and you will have a super duper loss. My salads have been simple all week. I used your tip, I made a base and then just added stuff to it each day. I am actually looking forward to eating my normal sw meals from Tuesday :p. I will go Asda tomorrow to do a quick food shop. I missed my burgers and my cheesecakes hehe :D .

Actually it was my idea to get you to add beans and pulses from what I remember, I remember posting the pic of the lentil and beans cans on your diary, sorry it went all wrong and you didn't like it. Your one sounds so much more yummy :)

Ok today

Late brekie was banana and yogurt ,
Then went for my walk out approx 1 3/4 hours, did over 10000 steps :) and over 4 mile ,
Whoo hoo great body magic,
Tea has been salad of celery, sweetcorn, chopped red onion , red and yellow pepper , chopped cucumber and cherry tomatoes ,
3L water
Pear and an orange

I enjoyed my walk but I am in a bit of discomfort now ,

Yea can't believe we've almost done 2 weeks challenges ,oh were amazing :)
Although much of my meals will still be salad based , I'm quite looking forward to a jacket potato actually ,
