Evening hun You've got me thinking if b vits would help with my moods... Although these tablets the doc has prescribed seem to be doing a great job! Not only are they for pain, but a mild antidepressant too, although they're not prescribed for that use any more, I love them, I'm actually sleeping right through as well Anyway, enough of my waffling how are you feeling this evening?? Xxx

Glad the tabs from docs are helping and nothing beats a full nights sleep , or so I'm told I never sleep right through ,
B6 was suggested by the lovley ladies on here and also a good choice wen I read on the Internet , some other suggestions were given but coz I'm waiting for surgery they weren't advisable,
I'm glad to say I'm feeling tons better it was one really bad day, I know the tablets won't be affecting anything yet but hopefully by next month they might , xx

Been given another 8 weeks sick note I'm hoping to of had surgery and be back at work by then ,

I missed you. Don't be worried about weigh in hun, you haven't been too well this week and the fact you ate little will probably have bought the scales down, so I think it will be a big number, plus the water weight from the TOTM would have come off, so I'm sure its going to be fab news .

Also you and me have a similar situation. I had my docs appointment today, my hospital appointment is on Tuesday to see the surgeon then hopefully I will know if I need another Op, they said it maybe end of this month, but its not confirmed yet. When is your Op ment to be ?

I haven't got a date but he did say urgent , and I was told that should mean within 4 weeks of seeing him, so 3 weeks still to go , wether Easter b/ h will have any effect on the waiting time I'm not sure ,
The recovery is usually 2 weeks as it's key hole surgery ,

Oh no Von hugs :bighug:. I'm sure it will be an experienced surgeon and the op will be very successful. And I'm sure its for the longer good. Of course there will be a little pain and discomfort in the recovery phase, they should give you some good painkillers for that. Will you be having anyone to look after you after the Op hun ?

Yea I will have my sister looking after me , she works on day theatres and day care wards she wants me to stay home the night of my op , which I don't really think I will be up to travelling anyway, OH says he will come with me he said to stay at mine for a couple of days and on the 3rd day maybe come here for the remainder of the time ,
I will be able to go the the local walk in centre here to hav my stitches out ,

I'm glad your sister is going to be with you all the way. You should have someone by your side to take care of you during your recovery phase. With me, I don't mind telling you Von, your a close friend, but not comfortable saying it on here. I will sent you a private message later if that's ok . But mine is ment to be end of this month and recovery is 4-6 weeks , I'm scared too . They said the pain after the morphine wares off is ment to be really bad, I know I will be in tears :cry: but my sister says its for the long term good, so I will have to bare it. It will get better with time hopefully.
