I've wi this morning and it's a 3lb loss,
Sell pleased with that
So as an update I've now lost 2st 2lb since Xmas,
I'm 2lb away for getting back to a 7.5st loss and 9lb away from reclaiming my 8 stone award ,
OMG I'm really doing this , I know that sounds strange but I never thought I'd be getting back there, 9lb to go then every single lb after that is a complete new milestone ,
I know I'm waffling but I'm so happy I could cry ,

Yea I told him he's really happy , he said I should stop pressurising myself with ooh 2lb for this 9lb to my lowest , he said I will get there ,
But I need to have goals and targets in my head ,

I just checked the calendar, there are 3 weigh ins left for you in April for Saturday, x2 of them are on the challenges, I feel by the end of April you will get your 8 stones . What did u put down for the April monthly challenge ? I put 7lbs on mine, I am 5lbs away from my 4.5 stones, I hope to get that by the end of the month . Yep I did go gym today, was good came back and cooked a nice curry for this evening, syn free of course . Kay xx
I'm making a soup tomorrow , I'm putting celery, sweetcorn, onion, cabbage and some mixed frozen veg,
A tin of tomatoes
And smashing some spaghetti up and adding that so it will be like a minestrone,

I'm feeling a bit better than yesterday, I've kind of realised that I've not really focused on what I've achieved but more worried about my losses stopping which is silly really. I need to relax and enjoy the journey to. I am still going to do the challenges in the last 2 weeks of April, but going to use the next week to enjoy my syns and not worry about the scales so much, I don't mean I'm gonna go crazy lol, but just relax a bit more and believe in the plan and the weight will eventually come off. If I do have a gain on Tuesday, I may decide to hit the pause button on the gym for a while, will see how I go. How has your day been today, what have you been up to ? Kay xx

This is it we get to focused on the scales , I do the same I don't think I will be able not to ,
But this year I do seem to be thinking more about what I've achieved , we just have to learn to balance it out , I know in the past I've spoke to my sister about the scales haven't moved or I wanted more , and I've gone on and on and on and I can tell she's looking at me thinking get a bloody grip , it's coming off so your doing something right ,
