I've wi this morning and it's a 3lb loss
, Well pleased with that :)
So as an update I've now lost 2st 2lb since Xmas,
I'm 2lb away for getting back to a 7.5st loss and 9lb away from reclaiming my 8 stone award ,

OMG I'm really doing this , I know that sounds strange but I never thought I'd be getting back there, 9lb to go then every single lb after that is a complete new milestone , I know I'm waffling but I'm so happy I could cry

My sister is coming around for lunch and catch up, she wanted to drop by today but I was at gym so I will see her tomorrow. I thought there maybe some leftovers of my curry but no, I polished it off lol. Will get up tomorrow and whip something up for both of us. Have no idea yet what to make. Other than that it should be a fairly chilled out day at home infront of the telly. I thought Britains Got Talent was ment to be on this weekend, maybe that's next weekend, but TOWIE is on tomorrow, I watch that :D. What programmes do you like ?

Thanks Sheila , would love 2lb for next week to get my 7.5 back,
But any loss is a good loss and as you say every lb takes me nearer to it :)

Nah you've just found a way of getting more body magic while grocery shopping. :D

How are you lovely ? I'm in bed having my herbal tea and on mins having a catch up :coffee: . I stepped on the scales this morning and its showing a 2lb gain and that was after the pf arrived. I don't think this exercise thing is suiting me at the mo. The challenges were working better for me. I have 3 stone left to target, I have decided when I am 1 stone away to target then I will go back to the gym. The next 2 stones I will just work on my food, plus I have my Op coming up so continuing at the gym will not be possible anyway. My gym is really good, I have the option of freezing my membership until I am ready to come back, that way I don't have to pay a joining fee again when I go back. :)

I think I don't want to be flabby either so I will do some exercises at home, I have a yoga mat, I will do floor exercises, there are some good ones on youtube which I can follow. I also have a set of weights that I bought from Argos, I will use those for my bingo wings :D. I have a skipping rope which is really good for cardio, so I can use that in the garden over summer, skipping its really good for fat burning. I use to have an electric treadmill at home but it became a clothes hanger over time and then I started to look at the space it was taking up since I was not using it, then I ended up selling it over the net. That's when I joined the gym last year.

I really hope I can get down to 4.5 stones by the end of April, hopefully the challenges will help me with that. I will be posting up the new thread for the soup challenge in a few days which will start the following week on Tuesday 15th April. I am still typing it up. I will put it out on the 10th so people have time to do their shopping over the weekend for the ingredients they want to buy for their soups :) I keep having this horrible feeling that after my Op I will gain weight, with all the meds I will be on and complete bed rest, no activity whatsoever, I think I'm going to puff out :rolleyes:. I don't think I will manage to come online the first week, I will be in too much pain but I think the 2nd week I might pop in now and then and say hello, but don't think I will be posting my food for a while until I fully recover and start going back to group. What about you, when you have your Op will you be absent from mins for a while ?

ps. sorry I think there must be something in my tea, I'm talking an awful lot this morning. :character00254:

Hi Hun , I'm having a green tea ,
I know what you say bout the gym were both still at a place where the number on the scales is the be all and end all , on if your gym lets you freeze your membership that's great , as you say you need to get your op out the way and get through the recovery period , you need to take the time needed for your body to repair , if you gain any weight it doesn't matter you getting better is the most important thing , as for getting on minis during that time doesn't matter you know we will all be thinking bout you and waiting for whenever you feel like popping on, I will miss you loads but you getting well is far more important to me ,
Il will prob pop on see what's happening my op is nothing compared to yours Hun,
Ooh your sound like me with all the home equipment , I looked at skipping ropes but thought how the hell can u skip ATM wen I'm struggling to walk lol, at home I've got a clothes horse in the bedroom that doubles as an exercise bike ,
Weights at home too
Least I brought my wii here wiv a selection of exercise /dance discs, knee permitting tho,
I joined the gym at home in the October 2012, went every night after work and on days off then hurt my knee feb 2013, so went a couple of times but knee hurt too much , so that was a wasted membership , no option to freeze mine ,
But to be honest I didn't really feel any benefit when I did go wether I was doing wrong machines not too sure,
I preferred walking that's how I lost my original weight , 6 miles every night after work , hope to get bk to that after my op ,
Yayyyy to the challenges can't wait, xx

Afternoon Von - im having a lazy day too lol I didnt get up until gone 12 my ears hurt today :-( Its like ive been to a very loud disco theyre ringing ouch

Trying to keep low syn today as my scales are 2 up from yesterday, I still have 3.5 days to stick to plan so hopefully may scrape a loss or a STS at WI on Weds hehe
