I just logged on to reply to you. Leave weigh in for 2 weeks hun that's fine, a lot of our mins friends do that, don't put any extra pressure on yourself lovely, its your weightloss journey, weigh when you feel ready xx
I'm split I'm feeling like I'm loosing my focus , so think a two week wi will take the pressure off but I'm scared il think oh well I can eat ***** thus week and get focused next week , coz if that's starting to happen again next week prob won't be in plan either,
