I just logged on to reply to you. Leave weigh in for 2 weeks hun that's fine, a lot of our mins friends do that, don't put any extra pressure on yourself lovely, its your weightloss journey, weigh when you feel ready :) xx

I'm split I'm feeling like I'm loosing my focus , so think a two week wi will take the pressure off but I'm scared il think oh well I can eat ***** thus week and get focused next week , coz if that's starting to happen again next week prob won't be in plan either,

Now that I know I won't be getting my 4.5 st award, I'm doing the challenge just to join in, but if you can't do it this week its fine hun let me know I'm ok to have a normal SW week too, I'm cool either way :) xx

why don't you weigh at home on Monday if in your eyes its not good put it down as holiday with Daz (keep it to yourself) and then use that number to really give it some the week after, I know a lot of people put down as holiday week when they know its not gonna be fab and that's fine, your allowed to do that :). xx
 
If its a good loss then u can declare it on Monday but there's no pressure to share your results if you don't want to, you can then continue for another week and put Monday down as holiday instead. :)

I feel like I'm a let down , like oh here we go again she's off the wagon again, which I'm not I did eat a bit more last night but it was alpen lights and low Fat crisps, the thing I an annoyed with is I did have 2 toast,
But this in the past is how a fall off the wagon starts each day gets progressively worse,
I'm going to try and pull it back today I want my 7..5 award more than I want rubbish food, I just need to convince demon Von ,

Von - I'm having the same dilemma. I've had a very enjoyable Easter but I have over indulged and then last night I was out with friends and went off plan again! If you look on my diary you'll see me debating whether to go over to fortnightly WI or just accept a gain this week and keep up with weekly WI. I'm back on plan today so far, I just can't decide if I will let myself off the hook if I go over to a fortnightly WI :confused:

That's how I feel too, should I just accept a bad week or try pretend it didn't happen and hope a two week weigh in will do that , dilemma xx

Oh hun you will do it, those toast have probably already flushed down the loo hole ! You've got 5 clear days to turn this around before Monday ! That's more than enough. And the old Von will not come back you've left her far behind, those 7.5 stones will be yours on Monday. Look I gained 3lbs yesterday and I am back onit today even though I know I will not get my award next week, but its still worth doing to keep our bodies healthy and carb free ! Fresh start today, you and me, lets do this together ! :D xx

The good thing is your salad is already made, so food is sorted ! Drink your 500ml water and go for your walk. Do the leslie miles indoors if its raining, you do so well on that. For Sundays dinner save some syns do lots of exercise in the week and you will save for that meal and it will not affect you Monday weigh in promise. :) xx
 
I have to dash now Von to go gym, had my brekkie and water now time for exercise, you do the same and when I'm back I love coming on and seeing how many miles you've clocked up :D, you do super with the Lesley miles ! I know you will start feeling better and back in control once you start your exercise ! :) Have a fab day hun and let the fighting Von come out ! :D You know you can do this !

Ok.....
Today was almost a disaster again . I was so close to going to subway , there's a new one opened in the shopping centre, I walked past and almost went to queue up, I was wanting steak and cheese ,
I'm pleased I resisted , and I didn't buy anything off plan while I was out, I know I've to resist the bread that's shouting at me , I think I'm going to put it out of sight ,
Looking forward to secret eaters tonight , that always make me want to stay on track, I might go for a walk round the block to waste a bit of time ,
I've had 2 bowls of soup today, so still to have salad, it's either a ham salad or a tuna salad , but thought if I eat a little later I might be less lightly to pick tonight,
I'm feeling more focused than last night but not fully 100% strong, so that's why I think go out for an hour or so will help,
