Been out all day went walking and I hired a bike and went cycling along Blackpool prom wow tho I haven't rode a bike for ooh must be 22 / 24 years , well was I wobbly lol I nearly put it back in its
station , but I persevered it did get a little better until i had to pass anything or anyone close I got a wobble on again Lol, but all in all I enjoyed it , but it was windy on the prom so quite a battle going against the wind , it made me appreciate my exercise bike in the bedroom a nit more ,
The pass lasts for 30 days or while there's credit still on it so I might give it another go surly things can only get better and safer lol

Dinner spaghetti Bol ,
Muller yog and fruit as snacks and hi fi bar

Food plan looks great

I haven't been on a bike for years either. I wanted to hire one in London last year to ride round hyde park on but Chris wouldn't let me :giggle:

Oohh I was fun but I bet to anyone watching I looked so unsafe at first lol, like a comedy everyone scattering out my way giggle. Well I wasn't quite that bad but it was reasonably quiet first thing ,

Brekkie was banana and muller yog, dinner tonight is homemade veg soup,

Had a good day soup was nice , just had some pasta coz felt a bit pekish, I was tempted to have crisps but I thought no make some pasta , I am so full now , I know crisps wouldn't of filled me up

Back at wi on Wednesday after 3 weeks absent due to working late , I've been on plan and I feel like I've lost and my clothes are definitely looser and it not just me colleagues say I have lost , But the thing is wen I go on the wii fit it weighs me and the dam numbers are not going down it's not moving at all , what's all this about , then I get disheartened coz I'm on plan 100%, I'm really thinking if it not showing a loss on Wednesday what's the point of wasting a fiver each week , but on the other hand will I let off plan things creep back more and more , I dont want to ruin what I've achieved so far but it getting me down ,
Sorry for the winge but I think I need a slap round the face with a wet fish or similar lol , just needed to write it down even If no one reads it I needed to get it out my system ,

:bighug: I don't think the scales on the wii are very sensitive, which could be why it's not moving much. Also it could be that you're toning up, espescially as your clothes are feeling looser xx

I hope so , but I know I'm going to be so disheartened tomorrow if there is no change or worse a gain , I dread to think that will happen , I've only had the wii fit since Xmas and don't really know much about scales on it
