Back at wi on Wednesday after 3 weeks absent due to working late , I've been on plan and I feel like I've lost and my clothes are definitely looser and it not just me colleagues say I have lost , But the thing is wen I go on the wii fit it weighs me and the dam numbers are not going down it's not moving at all , what's all this about , then I get disheartened coz I'm on plan 100%, I'm really thinking if it not showing a loss on Wednesday what's the point of wasting a fiver each week , but on the other hand will I let off plan things creep back more and more , I dont want to ruin what I've achieved so far but it getting me down ,
Sorry for the winge but I think I need a slap round the face with a wet fish or similar lol , just needed to write it down even If no one reads it I needed to get it out my system ,
