Lunch hi fi bar
Dinner king prawns cooked in lemon and garlic and coriander served with salad

Back home cry cry miss him already, had a sneaky peek on the wii and although I don't use this reading I like to keep a check at home, I weighed the day before I left and I've weighed this afternoon and it showing a 4lb loss , I don't take it as gospel but it is s boost all the same , so I am hoping for a good result on Wednesday as I am going to be 100% on plan ,

Sorry for neglecting you today diary but I've been out walking most of the day,
I went out this morning and went on a mega walk , well it wasn't really intended but it was so nice I just kept walking kinda forgetting I then had to walk back lol, anyway the outcome was I walked 11.56 mile,
Came home had couple hour rest then felt I didn't want to waste the rest of the day so went out again walked another 6.18 mile
Total for day is 17.74 miles and time it took for both walks is 5 hours,
I really feel like I've achieved something I've never walked that much in a day the most I'd walked previous is 11 mile in a single walk or 2 walks of 6 miles each ,
But boy are my thighs screaming at me but I really enjoyed it , had a lovely soak in bath now snuggling up in bed ,
Night night sweet dreams.
Unfortunately back to work in the morning if only I could turn the clock back to last Sunday , xxx

I've stayed on plan but I'm really struggling , I'm craving so badly , totm due Saturday so I'm presuming that's the reason ,

I've just had to change my rota for work I am now working late for the next 2 Wednesday's , won't be able to get to wi , I feel ok about it I'm gonna stay 100% and look forward to a mega result wen I go back

Well binges a bit last night , went to bed at 9 but woke at 12ish couldn't get back to sleep was coughing a lot so got up made a drink watching tv , so a mixture of boredom and feeling sorry for myself set of the eating so I had some chocolate then some shortbread biscuits then some kettle crisps , feel so disappointed in my self this morning hope I can get and stay on plan today,
It's * week and i feel really low at the moment I know the cold is not helping but I really need to break the cycle of eating junk when feeling down coz it really doesn't make me feel better ,

Well just been shopping , I resisted to buy any chocolate I was so wanting it , to be honest I was thinking well I could just have it today be off plan hav what I feel like and get back on it tomorrow but I know tomorrow will be harder then it runs into the next day and so on, I feel good that I didn't buy any but that doesn't mean I've won , there is loads of crisps and choc in the house so I still have a battle on my hands

What do I want more to lose this weight for good and feel happy and confident
Or
To sit and eat crisps and chocolate feel guilty more depressed let myself down and every one who supports me ,

It's a no brainer really ,
