Well back at work today so first proper day going it alone , retry much kept to fruit for lunch ,
Had hi fi bar for brekie and another this afternoon they are the lite ones that 2 are a hexb,
Drank 2 litres water,

It did feel very strange not going to group last night, but bonus it's a fiver in my pocket,

Yep it's an extra £5 in your pocket, some extra fruit or extra hi fi bars for the cupboard, or a treat for yourself :D

Good point, it is a fiver saved. What do you think you will put it to? I just thought I might pop a fiver a week away for a "me" fund, see how soon it clocks up :)

Prob new clothes , on your menus u have fiber plus bars are they similar to hi fi , where they from and can they be used as a hex b

fibre plus bars are by kellogs, you can get them in most supermarkets by the cereal bars. they're either dark choc or milk choc and 1 is a hexb, soooooo good if you want a choccy fix

Sorry not been on much spending day with my gorgeous fiancé , I love him so much and he has been so supportive throughout my journey , he never put any pressure on me to lose weight all he ever said was if u was happy he was happy , if I wanted to lose weight to do it for myself ,

Went for a walk this morning and maybe going for another in a while ,
