Von they range from 5.5 to 12 syns if they have compote in them. Dont do it chocolate is much more worth it.

Yea I've got some yogurts in the fridge, I don't like the cheesecake ones, it's just basic fruit yogurts for me

Yes maybe that's what it is the plain one xx

You can have porridge but certain sachets have too much sacharin and not enough fibre, alpen is one of them. Plain porridge oats are fine its a 35g portion.
