I'm doing a big food shop tomorrow at Aldi, excited about that already, I found this new app, its brilliant its called `mysuperlist' its really good Von it does your shopping list for you and find the cheapest store for you for your shopping and compares the prices, plus it notify's you when something is on promotion or gone down in price from your favourite items, I love it, always going to use it now to save money . Will be interesting to see how much I save at Aldi. So far it is showing me a difference of 33% that's a lot compared to Asda, I'm such a happy bunny xx

You can find her on you tube as oppose to buying her DVD , she does like walking on the spot and incorporates other moves into it and some upper body arm exercises ,
There are 1 , 2, 3, 4 , and 5 mile walks , and I found yesterday super boosted walks that add jogging on the spot,
I was quite sceptical at first when I heard ppl talking about doing them, but I found they can be quite challenging, the 1mile one lasts about 15 mins , there for the 4mile super boost I did yesterday and today lasted an hour ,
It's great especially when it's rained like yesterday and today , but it's certainly got me sweating today , lol nice image lol

The only problem I have is my body has been really hurting, I've got a funny walk, don't know if I over did it at the gym but don't think I can go straight back just yet, might continue walking instead, hope it doesn't rain. I should try your leslie miles too hehe xx
