Born obese , Tomorrow is my New Dawn

But I'm thinking now I want to get back to Saturday wi, so if I wi on Thursday nx week then go to the following Saturday that might be better, then once I'm back at work it will all change again lol , I still want to wi in a morning so I'm thinking what day do I have more time , it will prob go to a Sunday , as won't be leaving home till bout 8, where as other mornings it will be 6.45 ish,
Oh decisions decisions,
Or I normally come here Tuesday straight from work so could wi Wednesday morning ,

I think your right, I think wait and see how you go then you can weigh in when your ready. You could do a 2 week one, if you have any gain from the meds then it will give you enough time to shift it. I will be coming back after a month and will be expecting some sort of gain :rolleyes: xx
I'm really torn , I don't want to be knocked by a gain as you say due to meds and even less mobility ,
I should be concentrating on recovery but all I think about it that blooming number

I know how your feeling but I think we're putting too much pressure on ourselves, we should just focus on our recovery and getting better. And even if we do gain we have a good reason for it, its not like we went out and ate. We will just get back on plan and lose it like we always have ;) xx

Hi bubble, just done the 4 mile super boosted walk, it's approx an hour , it's intervals of fast power walking and jogging,

Ok so as said above to the lovely bubble :) I've done the 4 mile super boosted walk, it's has 4 intervals in it where you jog on the spot and a bit back wards and forwards for 3 minutes, then back to the power walk for a while then go into the 3min interval boosted section for 3 mins as I said this happens 4 times , It's better than just sitting in the couch so I'm pleased I've done it again today, Il do some crunches later , did them in sections yesterday of 20 reps , totalling 100,

Will do the rest later either in another set of 50 or in sets of 20 ,
Maybe 3 sets of 20 then I've increased by 10 today ,
Totalling 110, that sounds a better idea ,
Might see how long I can hold doing a plank ,
Il update wen I've tried , lol
