Born obese , Tomorrow is my New Dawn

You were active, I never used to do anything lol,
Yes I know what you mean bout buying but not doing anything, I've got loads of tapestries /cross stitch at home , but not getting round to doing them , but if I go anywhere that sells them I still end up looking at more , there's a shop at the market that sells them but I hav resisted buying so far,

Your recuperation time would be the perfect time to so some crafting, I am an addict too and must have thousands of pounds worth of craft bits about and end up doing none but can't resist buying more but I always try to resist. Do you do any other crafts apart from tapestry and cross stitch?

My sis and I went through a phase of buying jewellery making kits, we used to watch the channel on sky , jewellery maker
Bought the basic sets which got the wire , elastic, fastener clips etc, and then it included some beads etc, but they are all semi precocious stones they have , not plastic coloured beads,
So they are really nice , we have also bought extra sets of stones ,
We've made some stuff, a couple necklaces , matching earrings, stretchy bracelets , etc, but not as much as we should to justify what we have spent , need to start using this again,
I know now would be ideal to do some crafting , il be looking at the market to see what they have, if anything on sale , pennies won't stretch to much ATM,

Jewellery making sound fab and you can make some fantastic pieced to match each outfit etc but like everything else it can cost a lot to get started with tools and the basics then you can just buy bits and bobs as the inspiration strikes. I'm the worlds worst for launching into new crafts and then running out of time or inspiration or both but I do aleays keep hte stuff to fall back on when the inspiration strokes again. Makes my house a nightmare to keep tidy though or should I say to try to keep tidy cos I feel I never actually succeed at having it all tidy at the same time, always should do more but never seem to manage to. And then there's the garden AAARGH

I'd forgotten about the jewellery stuff , will definitely try to get it going again , we got some nice chunky pieces which would make fab stuff to go with summer clothes ,
Your right it's the initial out lay to get the pliers , scissors etc, it's them personal budget as to what you pay out to re stock, they have great offers on sometimes with the days special etc, or you can buy rare stones which obviously cost more, it's fun making your own designs so it all unique ,

Try and nudge your sleep back into the right pattern gently, it's bound to be a bit all over the place with the meds and the pain.
