Yeh but I don't know where this is all coming from, I haven't had any cravings when I was on the salad challenge, I think when u return to normal food your hunger comes back and goes crazy

Yea I find that too , when were on challenges we are focused to a plan , when we are having a normal SW week with all the Syns each day I tend to be hungry , well no not hungry as you say cravings and picky,

Yeh its brilliant ! I watch a lot of American shows. There are 2 in particular that I am in love with. One is Dallas and the other one is Revenge, they are amazing dramas, I am hooked on both of them xx
