Yeh its brilliant ! I watch a lot of American shows. There are 2 in particular that I am in love with. One is Dallas and the other one is Revenge, they are amazing dramas, I am hooked on both of them xx

Yea I find that too , when were on challenges we are focused to a plan , when we are having a normal SW week with all the Syns each day I tend to be hungry , well no not hungry as you say cravings and picky,

I made a salad today so it will last a couple of days ,
No I'm not bored I enjoy salads
Might use up the salad that might last till maybe Tuesday, then maybe introduce it in the remainder of the week

It's just reminded me of an embarrassing time at high school,
We went on a day out to the lakes and at the end of the day they had a race with the boys giving the girls piggy backs, but guess what not me I had to give a boy a piggy back ,
And had to go down this road laughing as if it was fun, when inside I wanted to run and hide ,

When I was big I had some horrible remarks passed at me which hurt, I went to stay at a relatives when on holiday and they had a small 1 bed apartment so I said its ok you lot have the bed I can crash out on the sofa, and infront of everyone he goes `no you'll break it ' I was only trying to be thoughtful, I was so embarrassed, I went bright red .

That's the lowest I can ever recall seeing, I bet at school I was in the 14 -15's

My dad passed when I was 21 and it started to increase again , I joined SW to lose weight for my sis wedding, I gave her away ,
And when mum passed it started to increase again ,
