Nope my gains have always been around the time in my life where a long term relationship has ended

Yea that same here too , my first relationship was 13yrs, I was 14 wen we met,
It ended by a girl ringing my house asking for him , I confronted him he went all don't want to talk blah blah , but I wanted to know he wasn't getting off that easily, anyway long story ended with me being told they had a 3yr old son together,
That kinda knocks your confidence

There are some ignorant ppl out there , it makes you feel segregated and alone but as you say were not alone x
