Went out for my walk , not too long bout 40 mins, but at least I did something,

I'm getting anxious bout wi tomorrow,
I've been doing the salad challenge but the problem is the exercise side or even generally mobility,
An hours walk a day isn't burning enough calories to give good losses ,
I know that if I can maintain is good as realistically I could easily be gaining at the moment , but we all know that's not what were hoping for we want to see them numbers going down ,
Oh well,

lol, you can keep some for tomorrow then, they do keep well in the fridge, the kidney beans are lovely with some rice too . xx
What are you going to do foodwise for the rest of the week after tomorrow's weigh in, have u decided yet Vonnie ? xx
I'm thinking I might ease off tomorrow and Tuesday , come off the strict challenges and decide Wednesday where to go from that,
But I do think my other plan will come into play , if I don't try it il always be wondering how well it would work,
So a mix of SW and cal counting !!!
