Oh well it's my last full day here :(
We didn't get up till almost 12,

Don't what's happening today but my knee is super sore , it's crazy , ok it's aches if I do to much walking , but I'm sat on the couch and I keep getting really strong pain like sharp pains coming and going, don't know what that's all about,

I think I might go out , see if walking will help, it's strange I can't stand or walk for long but I also can't sit for long as that makes it hurt and stiffen , the other day at the hairdressers within half an hour of being sat in one position my knee was killing me, but I couldn't get up and walk as I was having foils done and it took an hour and half to put them in , can you imagine if a had kept stopping to walk around , all I could do was keep stretching it out every now and then, when it came to rinsing the col off and I had to stand up by then my knee felt like it had seized up I could hardly walk,
Oh well guess I'm going to have to get used to this ,
Any way think il go out to the market I'm wanting a new phone case , mine is splitting ,

Chan left for work , he's just come back his friend has sent some food for us,
My first instinct is to say I can't have it blah blah blah , but I'm not going to , for gods sake it's my last day here I don't want to give him earache over my blooming diet,
It is no where SW friendly
I don't know what it's called but it's like leaves not sure if it's cabbage, rolled up , inside is rice and lamb, with loads of seasoning etc,
It's cooked in loads of oil though , so I've decided I'm going to weigh myself now , I've not eaten anything yet so il weigh now as I know it will be up in the morning after eating this .........

I'm happy with that , it means I've got my 7.5 award back

Just checked my starts I'm 5lb away from getting back my 8st award
I'm hoping I can achieve that by August , if it's earlier that's obviously great , but I'm going to see how it pans out,

I'm back on the turbo salad challenge next week but on the downside it will be totm ,

My sister cancelled she's not coming I made some curry as well :(
 
I have all this food to myself now, will be so off plan today also, righting this weekend off then fresh start on Monday, you and me :):) xx
