I've lost 4lb
I'm happy with that , it means I've got my 7.5 award back

All I can say is that the 'upside' is that the week after that, you'll possibly lose more all in one go. That's what happens to me, its mine this week too
At least you know the reason for any possible gain and that it IS only temporary and not because you've not been on plan.

I have all this food to myself now, will be so off plan today also, righting this weekend off then fresh start on Monday, you and me
Can't you freeze some Kay? So you can enjoy it but also not go too far over syns? You know what happens if you do... well, I'm talking about me here.... I think, blow it, now I might as well follow that by some chocolate, icecream, shortbread.... eeek. Don't do it!!

Von said up there somewhere ^^^ that she was going out as Chan has gone to work and maybe a walk will help stop her knee from hurting. I really hope it does stop, but also that she doesn't walk too much and make it worse.
Hopefully she'll be back soon and let us know.

I'm fine hun, thanks for asking. I 'was' sitting in the garden but then the bloomin' ants decided today was the day they were all going to 'hatch out' or whatever they do, fly up out of their nests, so we made a run for the door and shut it behind us and all the windows. Not only that, I went in to the kitchen and found some coming through where the cooker hood vent goes through the wall, as it wasn't fitted tight to the wall and we'd never noticed. (Fitted before we moved in and up on top of the kitchen cupboards in the corner, I don't spend much time up there hehe). Luckily I sprayed some Dettol cleaning spray and they didn't seem to like that. I did kill a few, don't want them in the kitchen and hubby will put some of that silicon sealant stuff round it when he gets back.
Apart from that, I'm eager to get on with my cooking later

I'm going to try and see if I can find any info on the net for her, to help relieve knee pain
I had suggested a TENS machine as I find that can really help when my arthritis is bad and my knees play up. I don't know if she decided but I know she was trying an infra red lamp the other day. I didn't find that much help in the long run but it may have done for Von.
Actually, Von, if you read this later, I do have a spare TENS. If you don't want to invest in one but would like to try it out, I'd happily post it to you and you could try it for a while. Let me know if you'd want to and you'd have to pm me an address to send to. (could be your work address if you didn't want to give out personal info, I'm fine with that).
