I'm so glad I did it ,
I'm the past I've thought oh just this once as a treat , but it just throws me off plan for the night which then leads to the rest of the week etc,
And they gave me chips , I didn't even have one ,
And they were there eating there's and it didn't bother me in the least,
I even got a black coffee and put low fat coffee mate in it , that was in my bag , rather than having coke of coffee with all the milk,

Oh I've just remembered also , yesterday at work one of my colleagues offered my a sm bag of choc buttons , I said oh no thank you im trying not to have snacks between meals ,

My supervonic power is fully charged
