Totm has arrived this morning , my stomach is killing me ,

Rang Dr , bloods back but can't get in to see him till Tuesday , I've requested another sick note for a week ,

Also my pre op appointment has come for two weeks time

They've not offered one, just said that was the earliest app ,
I've been snuggled all afternoon with a hot water bottle,

Strange kinda evening , I'm in bed now was suppose to be earlier but things didn't work out that way , for some reason I've been in floods of tears this evening , it just came from nowhere , sat watching TV then balling my eyes out , prob totm hormones running wild ,

I've had evenings like that with the tears- its very strange but I usually find I feel better afterwards!
Totm is usually to blame for me, but sometimes stress squishes me and its a bit of a release xx

So much for going bed early, was still awake at 6am, read all night it usually helps me sleep but not last night , chan came home and he was the same what a pair we were , I was reading he was going sudoku
