Ha Ha I wish minis came with an auto spell and logic checker too. Sometimes my fingers have a mind of their own when typing. Must try to remember to check what I write before I hit send or go back and edit each post.

On days like these just do your best to stick to healthyish choices and fill up on them so there's no roon for rubbish. It will all sort itself out eventually.

Soooo I'm back in the game as of tomorrow , it's a no brainer
1 , I'm not happy how I feel wen I binge eg lethargic bloated and generally ill after a few days ,
2, I love the feeling of being on plan , clothes feeling comfortable and getting looser generally look brighter ,

I just need to convince the demon I have to be stronger but it's a persistent little sh?t wen it wants to be ,
