I know the feeling hun. It's hard not to feel mad at yourself when you fall off the bandwagon, but the best thing to do is face the scales, draw a line under the last two weeks and move on. You can do it xx

Hope you manage to get your walks in and that the weather is kind to you.First opportunity to come on here, feeling better this morning hoping for a good day , I'm off tomorrow and Wednesday so hoping weather stays good and I can try get a bit of walking in , was going to go the gym tonight but I've hurt my knee and don't want to aggravate it too much ,
