Mum and sister go to a spin class Tuesdays...dunno if i should go tomorrow. Bit scared lol

I could NEVER do a spin class, I think I'd actually die!

The class isn't the bad bit. It's the next day when it feels like.......I can't put this any more gently...... Like you've given birth to a football sized cactus covered in sandpaper. I had to eat standing up for two days lol.

I've never done a whole class. Been on the bike for a couple of mins at a time in training between other stuff like squats or whatever. And those two minutes were painful enough lol. Still not decided!

My friend does spinning and absolutley loves it. Why don't you give it a go, you don't have to do it again if you hate it.

Just realised i now hate my days off cos im usually with him. Seeing my friend tomorrow so should be busy enough to keep my mind off him. Got a party after work Thursday. Gonna be hard cos i always ring him when im drunk. Friday ill probably be too hungover to worry about him too much. Hoping it'll get easier after a week or so. Kinda like a diet

Slept like 12 hours last night. Musta been bloody tired!

Does anyone watch that obese a year to change my life show on sky one? They done the British one and now they have the American one. The American one is so much more dramatic and stuff. Much prefer the British ones.

Yeah, I watch it. Completley agree with you, the British version just seems more realistic and doable. Have really enjoyed it actually, much better than the biggest looser! xx

Yeah. But the American ones are so much bigger than British ones. Guy yesterday was over 700lbs at one point. Scary. Definitely better than the biggest loser.

Didn't end up going spin. Too tired. Might go next Tuesday. Weirdly slept loads today so wide awake now.

Anyone watch UK biggest loser final tonight? They looked great!

Hmm going out for lunch today and then tomorrow is a party at my mates where i always end up drinking way too much. Think i might as well just not count for a couple of days.

Lol the friend im going for lunch with had an abortion a few months ago and i went with. While we were waiting in the waiting room i just hear "hello anisa". And i look up and its so surreal cos i see my dads cousin standing in front of me, there in the maternity ward with his heavily pregnant wife! I was mortified! He asked me what im doing there but before i got the chance to answer the nurse called them in. So my dads family probably think im pregnant haha. Talk about bad timing!

Lol we were laughing about that at lunch. Lunch was good. Didn't choose the best option but it was yum

Very hungover. Fight with max last night too. Need some sleep. Opticians in a few hours. Need to feel better by then and be seeing properly lol x

Yeah its okay though. He's at work so not really spoke yet. But dunno. See later on. Was a good night though otherwise. Really need to remember tequila is not for me though lol.

Eyes have got worse. Need new glasses. Cos they're so bad they send them to another country. Japan i think. To get them thinned. Or id have very thick lenses. Costing over 400. Not fun!

Mine cost close to that I'm on the third level for thinning? So they'll have to start sending mine out soon too. It annoys me as the more blind you get the more expensive it is!! But you need the glasses more so surely there should be a NHS subsidy for those of us with really bad eyesight???

Contact lenses are fab if you've got a strong prescription but I get headaches and really dry eyes by 3 o'clock so cant use them all day

One eye is -12, other -9. Cos its that low im classed as critical so I get my eye test for free. And a whopping £13 off my glasses. Its ridiculous cos if i don't get them made thinner id have ridiculously thick lenses.

Im terrified to use contacts. Don't trust myself with poking things into my eyes lol.

Just seen myself in a video from the party last night on Facebook. Man ive lost so much weight lol. Watched it like 4 times to make sure lol
