The idea is to tense the muscles you want to work out - 30 seconds or so at a time, squeeze the buttocks, bend knees slightly, stuff like that - and it works them a lot more due to the vibrations.

DS2 really had been to Brighton and rang me at 1.40 this morning to come down and open the door as the key was in the lock on the inside and he couldn't get in! Thought I was dreaming when the phone rang and it took me 3 attempts to answer it lol. I still didn't ask him where he'd really bin haha.
