Yay 300gms lost this morning I'm down to 71.2 (so a total of 3 kg's in nearly 3 weeks).

Well I have a lovely thin feel about now and feel positive about dropping in numbers in the morning!!

I am off to have dinner, tuna an vege and then off to a pub to see a band. Wanted to squeeze in the gym but no time left! Will be on soda water or sparkling mineral tonight and hoping to be home around 11.30 no later busy day tomorrow which is good as I will stick to my plan!

i have no doubt you are going to feel thin and lovely on your holiday :D

nosy over. you've put extras up since i was last in there. check you out in that bikini!! i haven't worn a bikini since i was about four years old... would LOVE to on my honeymoon though. must get arse in gear!!

The bikini is from last year's holiday to Thailand. It fits well at the moment though about the same. My small bikini goes on, I have 3, but its only good if I dont move!!! When I move bits (bum) fall out a little!! give me about 3 kilos more.

I took some pics before I went out tonight and will post them soon and my b'day photo which has spurred me into getting my sh@t together and loosing.

Well just snuck in 2 dried apple rings and some cheese now as I have gotten home, just off to wash my face and brush teeth. Still feeling thin and hoping that the scales will be kind to me in the morning....

I lost 8 kilos in 7 weeks just with calorie counting hun you will get there.

My day looked like this

muesli and yoghurt

coffee
celery and carrot stick + hommus (sometimes with this dip)

tuna and salad or soup and a dinner roll or a picking salad

banana and corn thins

coffee and low fat bar (110 cals) or a little yoghurt or an apple

pasta + salad (lots of salad), tuna bake + salad, omlette, 1 egg beans and 1 toast, soup and roll, stir fry.

green tea and low fat biscuit (45 cals)

total varied from 1000 - 1200.

usually i'm rather reserved when it comes to calorie counting but i have serious munchy problems at the moment. also taking pain killers for my back which doesn't help. and i'm shattered. hopefully after a good night's sleep tonight i can get back to a bit of normality. time is slipping by...

Well I lost this morning got down to 70.9 (my lowest recently was 70.8) so pretty chuffed.

However it is now the end of the day and I have eaten lunch and dinner out...... I had fish and salad both times so healthy but because there was oil and dressing I feel bloated with those preservatives which I have been avoiding. I HATE WEEKENDS SOME TIMES!

Not going to panic but be prepared for a gain in the morning. This happened last weekend too and it took about 3 days to get back on track and then another 3 to get back to this low weight. Anyway back to it tomorrow I learnt the hard way this week and know that back to plan with the next meal is the best resolution!

Drinking a green tea now, I always find this very digestive at the end of dinner.


Very pleased to report that I didn't drink anything alcoholic either last night at the pub or at all today!

you're doing really well bren!! and at the end of the day, any gain is fluid retention, you will still be losing fat, which is the name of the game. not the number on the scales!!

Thanks Abz. I have 6 weeks tomorrow until we leave. Really really want to loose about 4.8 before I go well would just like my waist to measure 70 cm I think that's the number on the bottom of my top ticker.

Thanks Abz i'm getting so close that I really dont want fear or sabotage to step in and take it away from me.

Surprisingly this morning i weighed and then scales show the same as yesterday 70.9 I was very very relieved that it hadn't gone up. Although I proceeded to clean the house a little for 15 mins and then realised, sorry everyone, I had to go to the toilet. I reweighed and now my true weight is 70.7!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO!

So a new all time low here for me on minimins! YEAH!

Im back on with things today and told hubby if we go out for a drive or what ever I will be taking my lunch but I did say I would like to stay home and do some marking and relax.

So still on track for 70 by Tuesday morning WI. Currently I've lost 3.5kg's in 19 days.

Well only 2 meals today as we went out and drove all day....... I've had about 2.25ltrs of water and a green tea plus 2 coffee's.

Feeling thin though so fingers crossed for the morning! I posted (sideways) 2 pics from me going out on Fri night, the quality is crap because taken on my mobile and bluetoothed to my computer!

Thanks Linz, how are you going this week?

I have managed to gain 500gm after hitting my all time low??? Think it's because I didn't eat all my meals yesterday, just simply was too busy and when opportunity struck I couldn't eat anything that was within my plan so I just waited until dinner!

So today I've eaten extra cheese and blueberries, probably due to yesterday's lack of food. I've drunk about 2.3ltrs and off to the gym shortly and will drink another 500mls plus a green tea when I return.

Not going to think about the gain and just going to keep on going. Hope it sorts itself out although dinner with a friend tomorrow night going to have fish and salad and eat perfect all day.
