I plan too. I always seem to plateu around this weight of 70/71 kg's it takes about 2 weeks to move past it every bloody time. But I'm really persistant and stubborn!
No it's definitely the plateu. I've managed and maintained the 65kg's for many years, it was only when my dad died and work took the forefront and I sacrificed my exercise that it slowly crept back on. I've learnt my lesson and plan to maintain my exercise time when i'm at goal.
Just going to need to not get desperate in the next 2 weeks and stick with it!
you go for it babes. if you know that it's possible then you know you can get through it. you are one of the most determined people i know!! you'll do it
It's definitely the case on here that people genuinely want you to succeed and believe in you and that is what keeps us, me especially focused and driven.
Dinner tomorrow night, but will have a greek salad or fish and salad (this is the better option on Cohen's). Avoiding wine is fine as I have been out successfully and not been tempted. Only problem is I am giving up my yoga to go out for dinner. If I get home around 8pm I may still go to the gym instead.
Gym tonight was 45 mins of cardio and I've just had a little cheese(why i dont know) and a quarter of a CD bar and now will have my green tea and wait 1.5 hrs before going to sleep. I wait until I have that slim feeling in my tummy.
Might also buy new batteries for my scales I haven't changed them since we moved here 11 months ago!
i think mine need new batteries too bren. although i'm worried i'll suddenly end up weighing more if i buy them!! ha.
i think you'll do just fine. since you like fizzy water you won't want to drink and you say you can have a fish salad. so go for it and have a great time
Fingers and toes are crossed end of the day and now more eating as I've had dinner and scales say 71.6 please oh please may you be gone tomorrow and forever!
