Bren's Diary - The journey begins, again!

You are 9am friday morning I am 11 hours ahead of you so it's 8.15 pm over here.
 
i see. i had the evening and morning things down. just wasn't sure which day was what :D

so are you using today as your official weigh in day??

Ive eaten really good today, except 3 coffee's i've had and would really like to just get back down to 1. It's manageable on the weekend but at work it's what i do....?

Dinner was Malaysian, yummy! No rice flat noodle and seafood chilli curry, not too saucy either! Had half a port and now on the white tea. Also had a organic strawberry yoghurt frog (equivalent to a choc frog in concept) and a high protein and low cal bar 190.

I've drunk about 2.6ltrs of water and will try for another 500ml before bed.

Really looking forward to relaxing this weekend. Think I will weigh in the morning and be on best behaviour over the weekend. Although I do plan on dinner out tomorrow night with friends from Perth (over for a wedding) so this means a wine and healthy dinner option at the restaurant.

Yeah maybe I should??

Was using Tues, but missed that this week and really as everything has been going down or staying the same for the most part, I've been reasonable happy. Abz like you though I am anxious on days and at moments about being ready for the holiday date (you the wedding date) however i have re assessed my goals and now instead of getting to 66. I planned for 67's and now i'll be happy in the 68's.

I know that whilst away I will probably go back up to 70 and then drop a little in the 3 days back before school starts and year 8 hiking camp (where I should loose the holiday squatters for sure!). Then in the following 2 weeks I will try 100% of Cohen's and then do what I'm doing now. That's Cohen's for most of then day (I am aiming for all day but it doesn't seem to be happening) and then eating a sensible dinner and being active everyday or at least 5 days of the week.

Overall babe, I would like to be at 66 by the end of May.

I hun I thought I did sorry....

It's a slice, made of coconut and crushed milk arrowite biscuits and sometimes with pieces of walnut through it. It has a soft or hard chocolate frosting and it's sprinkled with desicated coconut. Very yum.

But I threw the remainder yesterday in the bin after having 1 more bite!! I have 2 more days on the detox juice. I haven't really lost anything extra and not sure it has had much of an effect at all. However the hunger has been better the past week!
 
I am still seeing my CDC everyweek and purchasing 7 products. She knows I am calorie counting and thinks I am using my products, which I am just not regularly. I'm thinking about doing a few days next week of 810. 3 products a meal and 2 fruits from Cohen's. What do you think???

I just want to be in the 60's really bad. Or should I continue on with the Cohen's and calorie counting because I might be plateuing and about to budge?? I have enough products for 4 days roughly.
 
Well I've done my sit ups, 250 or so I lost count.... oops.

Hubby is working night's next week so that means that I can go to the gym and eat my strict ways without having to cook for him also! I will miss him though.

I'm going to weigh in in the morning and stay back on top of things. Well just avoid the stress of not knowing if I've gained or lost. CD would be a good option for the first 4 days of next week though.

Hi Abz's, how's that smell in the office???

I've weighed this morning and lost 300gm thats just under a lb. I'm 70.2. The scales initially said 70 though but every other time I hopped back on it was 70.3/2, so I averaged it....

OMG!!!

I was doing really well this morning, cohen's breakfast, yoga and then hubby comes and picks me up from yoga with his brother in the car!!!! Brother lives in northern OZ and has flown down and surprised us/me!

So then there came 3 wines and a gin and tonic...... tapas (seafood and cheese) and then a cheese platter. Overall quite rich food. I in no way over ate but haven't had any more than 1 ltr of water today and it's now bed time.

How will the scales treat me in the morning and I was soooo close to reaching the 70 mark! Oh what to do please help!!

Think my calories for the day will be no more than 1400.

Also no water really except a litre!

I did do 2 hours of yoga though??

Well off to bed and fingers crossed for not much damage!

Hopefully the yoga will have offest some of the cheese and wine. :)
 
wow yoga what a good idea! dont worry you had to go out and enjoy yourself, so don't be too hard on yourself whatever the scales say...
 
Well 70.2 this morning yesterday was also the same.

So we are just about to go out for breakfast and i think for the day I will be able to stay with calories as I have a conference to attend for 4 hours.
