Bren's Diary - The journey begins, again!

Again this afternoon with the nibbling! Bugger not happy with myself. I have packed tomorrow's food. Having also packed a carob coated crispbread as a treat 486kj, 3g fat,15g carb and 1.3 protein? I think... could have the protein and fat around the other way??

Also TOM and not wanting to weigh in tomorrow with my new plan because I feel ultra bloated tonight. Oh what to do.

Anyways I am prepared for the day tomorrow;
175g of yoghurt
1 x peach and blueberries 1TB
120g tuna and 90g salad
1 x apple
1 x can of diet sprite
2 x coffee
1 x carob coated crispbread
4 x crispbreads
1 x nectarine
tofu and vege for dinner is the plan!

I did Serena and yesterday on my lunch break I bought a beautiful pair of sunglasses too!

Just getting ready for work now! Running late....
 
Well running a little late and have decided not to weigh in as my measurements are up by half a cm around the waist and tummy due to TOM. Might see how I feel tomorrow morning or just wait now until friday.

Thanks Abz, still feeling bloated and just going to wait until Friday when TOM should be gone or nearly over with. Did around 2.5 ltrs today with the water, aiming for the 3 or more tomorrow. It's hard when your busy to remember to drink all the time.

I ate okay today and did about 45 mins at the gym. A another couple of days of goodness and Friday shall be a happy WI. Trying to get back into the Cohen's zone, but allowing an extra piece of fruit and milk in my 2 coffees for the day (might drop this back to 1?) and a 100 cal protein bar or carob coated crispbread for my afternoon cravings.

Tomorrow I will be a better on my plan. Today a few bibbles after work, between dinner and then dinner was a little bit bigger then normal with the vege and I added pumpkin seeds (not allowed on Cohen's).

Never mind I have drawn a line now. And dont want to panic before my holiday but rather have 10 or so good days before to feel extra slim in my bikini!

dont be too hard on yourself your allowed the odd bigger portion or the odd coffee, I havent actually controlled my water or tea, and I still lose weight and ive had the odd few chips once a week too.

I'm trying really hard to be good in the next 7 - 8 days. Then 2 days before I go have a glass of wine and some starchy vege's to adjust my body a little.

I now I can do this just have to not think about it as being hard and just get back on with it!

Did 45 mins a the gym last night and just got back now after doing 30 mins of just walking (all I could manage at 5.30 am)

Feel good which is the important thing.

Thanks Serena. I also went this evening for 1 hour! cardio and legs.

I've eaten dinner pretty late so will stay up for a while and had a few extra crackers, 100g of cheese and a 88 cal protein bar plus 8 yoghurt coated sultana's......

Never mind. Water today has been 2.4ltrs so still not enough. I must get up to 3 tomorrow.

Hey missus - check you out and all the excersize... I wish I could fit it all in - have decided having a kid does make it difficult...he's at the "I really should not be in a pushchair but I'm not big enough to walk very far" stage.... hence makes long trecks a bit of a mission.... my bf is moving in with me soon so I reckon I can run a bit more in the evenings when he gets in! :)
 
That's so exciting that he's moving in with you! How long have you two been together now?

I just got back from 30 mins at the gym and now getting ready for work.

wow welldone with excersise, ive got to do some hopefully tomorrow if i can, i keep putting it off at the moment!
 
things are going fabulously for you bren :D am sure all will go sterlingly for tomorrow's weigh in for you :)

my weight just seems to have stopped... am hoping it's a plateau of some kind. although i wasn't amazingly good when bon was here i still won't have gone over my maintenance calories so i shouldn't have gained... so it's water water water water water... managed just over 2 litres yesterday plus other drinks. need to make it to 3 litres today even though i'm at home. MUST carry a water bottle around with me at all times!!

Not happy at all 71.1 so have gained 400gm nearly a lb basically..

Water for me is the same Abz just have to get back into it.

Well as a weekly WI, Friday's I have lost 400 gm. But got it wrong I have gained 5oogm since Sunday.

See this is why I hate the scales! Mess with you head.
