Thanks Abz, still feeling bloated and just going to wait until Friday when TOM should be gone or nearly over with. Did around 2.5 ltrs today with the water, aiming for the 3 or more tomorrow. It's hard when your busy to remember to drink all the time.
I ate okay today and did about 45 mins at the gym. A another couple of days of goodness and Friday shall be a happy WI. Trying to get back into the Cohen's zone, but allowing an extra piece of fruit and milk in my 2 coffees for the day (might drop this back to 1?) and a 100 cal protein bar or carob coated crispbread for my afternoon cravings.
Tomorrow I will be a better on my plan. Today a few bibbles after work, between dinner and then dinner was a little bit bigger then normal with the vege and I added pumpkin seeds (not allowed on Cohen's).
Never mind I have drawn a line now. And dont want to panic before my holiday but rather have 10 or so good days before to feel extra slim in my bikini!
