brit's 2013 slimming world + fitbit diary :D - time to get skinny!!!!!

hellloooo my laptop charger has broke yet again... so on the phone trying to post before that battery dies aswell...
today has been the usual went to work.. got to finish an hour earlier so I came home and cleaned (living the dream)
back in for 7 tomo so will be sleeping soon.

had a bit of a high syn day today had porridge (heb) banana and maple syrup (1) then decided to try the veggie patty with cheese (hea) at subway and its safe to say I wont be having it again... definitely not worth 7 syns. the new flatbread is nice but I also think its about 9 syns so will be having salad bowls the majority of the time :)
also had a cookie (11 syns shocking) and quavers (5syns) an apple and satsuma were demolished during the day too

so came home and had branflakes, frozen berries and cherry yogurt which was as a meal .. lovely :) then ate half a pineapple haha from what the scales are saying I wont be losing any weight this week which is annoying because im walking loads and im tracking. ah well least ill get a bronze body magic award :)

when my laptop runs out of battery I wont be able to sync my fitbit online so on mfp will have to enter it manually just guna estimate on around 800 cals a day. I average between 800 and 1000 a day so should be ok.

220 squats today and god they were hard cant blve the challenge is nearly over!!!!

monday is coming boo :)

im loving the job thanks but they want me in on Thursday mornings so im going to have to go to an evening sw class boo...

ate another 5 cookies today aswell erghhh...

I have finally decided to give sw a miss for a bit. im still going to go to the classes but just calorie count... will keep up with the thread but just wont enter my food...

def wont lose this week but still going to go and see the damage x

Glad jobs going well Hun, try not to stress to much it's hard settling in somewhere new. Id still post your food in here if it helps you - am sure no one will mind. Have put my squats off until now, got 225 to do! :( wish me luck!!! xx

the first one was double choc chip (someone at work undercooked them and made me try to see lol)
second one was chocolate chip and thorf/fourth and fifth were peanut butter ones my housemate made and they are devine.

just been to a legs bums and tums class and it was a killer.. muscles ached I didnt even know I had... got me back in the spirit of gymming hope it stays that way...

I might start a new thread... ooh I dno haha the decisions ya have to make on a forum site :) xx
 
Good luck with calorie counting :) How do you decide your limit? I've never done it/looked into it so have no idea!

I go to an evening class too as the morning doesn't suit with work. I think there can be a 2-3lb difference between morning and evening weights.
Sure if you start a new thread I'l follow to be nosey lol
 
Ohhh yeh how many cals you gonna go for?

If I could give you any advice from sw to cal counting I would say try really hard to not go low on cals. I used to eat huge green day menus without counting a thing and lost really well, switched to cc dropped to 1200 and my losses haven't been the same since going back to sw :( xx
 
trust me ill definitely wont be dropping my cals haha... I think im going to go for 1500-1600 because I burn 1000+ just throughout the day... and if I go gym as well as walk to and from work im going to go for 2000 my body seems to lose better that way.

only had 4 cookies today so doing well haha
bought some of that dark moser roth chocolate to have at work to stop me eating the cookies... ****** knows what weigh in will bring tomo morning... im too scared to look on the scales

1500 sound good - I lose well at that level but not if I go any lower. Good luck for WI! xx xx
 
Sounds like you have settled on a good amount of calories hun.... and you are major fit with all the exercise you do... I thi k you will do great... good luck hun xxx
 
thanks girls... I lost 1.5 woooo just 5lbs to go now :)

im off on the 5th of may so im definitely going to go to the sw opportunity event. I do still feel really passionate about sw and really wanna be a consultant because we all know it works!!!!

thanks but girls I need to have a rant :( sorry in advance as im going to write an essay.

yesterday I went wild and ate 6 berry bakewell bars, yes 6... at the moment im just eating crap instead of having meals and yeah the weight is coming off but not healthily.. must be the walk to and from work...

and as for work... I honestly dont think I can do it... they are constantly bombarding me with information and its just not syncing in. I keep making mistakes and its making me feel pants.. im dreading going in tomorrow as I know they'll be something ive done wrong :( ive only been there 3 weeks and today I had to order a food delivery its soooo much pressure for just over minimum wage ..... :'(

today I came home and got a takeaway ... so back to the old routine.... it was nice but its money/calories I dont have... both my housemates are out having a ball with their boyfs and im stuck in on my own... im sick of working (on days off, working in my old job as I have no life)

sorry to bring u all down but im just in a low way :( xx
 
Awww hun :( I'm sorry your feeling sad. Is it that your confidence is low but they think your coping really well? I wonder if they would give you so much responsibility if you were making all the mistakes you feel you are?
