hellloooo my laptop charger has broke yet again... so on the phone trying to post before that battery dies aswell...
today has been the usual went to work.. got to finish an hour earlier so I came home and cleaned (living the dream)
back in for 7 tomo so will be sleeping soon.
had a bit of a high syn day today had porridge (heb) banana and maple syrup (1) then decided to try the veggie patty with cheese (hea) at subway and its safe to say I wont be having it again... definitely not worth 7 syns. the new flatbread is nice but I also think its about 9 syns so will be having salad bowls the majority of the time
also had a cookie (11 syns shocking) and quavers (5syns) an apple and satsuma were demolished during the day too
so came home and had branflakes, frozen berries and cherry yogurt which was as a meal .. lovely then ate half a pineapple haha from what the scales are saying I wont be losing any weight this week which is annoying because im walking loads and im tracking. ah well least ill get a bronze body magic award
when my laptop runs out of battery I wont be able to sync my fitbit online so on mfp will have to enter it manually just guna estimate on around 800 cals a day. I average between 800 and 1000 a day so should be ok.
220 squats today and god they were hard cant blve the challenge is nearly over!!!!
