well my one day off ended up being two days and this morning off lol
I went to visit my friend who I used to live with last night and she had chocolate cocktails pizza you name it everthing.... and yes i went wild. To be honest I hardly every socialise (i'm a bore) so im letting myself off lol

I walked from hers to mine this morning (after a breakfast of toast and chocolate) which was 5 miles so at least I've got some exercise in hehe going to tidy the house aswell then do my 150 squats so its something.

Back on track now :D

Just sat and completely changed my phone (ringtone, appearance, clear out) and feel like i've just got a new one, It's amazing what makes you happy lol

Your aloud to have some off days every now and again, it's good for us! ;)

Just did my squats weren't as bad as I thought but still hurt and got so out of breath! (Was using my arms as well for the last 50) xx
 
im back in tomo then im off thursday but im going to work for my event job (on the sly) so dont know when my next day off is :D

cant wait to get paid... :)

My housemate is making thumbprint cookies so im going to have one of them then FULLY back on track tomo :D hoping this rain stops so i can walk to work tomo.

its cloudy and it will probably rain but im walking anyway
cookies were delish but I got on the scales this morning and they were 3lb up!!!! need to get that off!!!! so this week atm im hoping to sts.

Good for you, as long as you have a change of clothes if it does rain!
Lots of water and walking and that 3 will be gone :)
I'm dreading the squats, will do them later before dinner xx

Today was going well all slimming world and everything then when i knew i was able to walk back from work (finished early) I decided to eat more and have more calories. Ive put this into mfp and its saying i have loadsa calories remaining.

Im starting to think because i exercise quite a bit im better off doing mfp then sw. Im going to continue on with the classes (as I would just give in if i didnt) but maybe follow mfp for a few weeks??? oh i dont know...

help! haha x

Just do what's best for you. If you fancy a change why don't you give cc a go.. How many cals you thinking of having a day? I do sw but also MFP so some days when my cals are low enough I will have something synful and above my syns for the day and not stress about it. Just make sure you still eat well as that's the mistake I've made in the past with cc is not eating as much fruit and veg (some fruit is surprisingly high) and having more sweets and choc etc xx
 
yeah im sort of worried ill make that mistake aswell... not going to have anymore cookies anymore... but i want to be able to have flatbreads at work and not worry... think ill decide this week :D

dont think ill lose on thurs tho
