Good advice - if you fancy a change give cc a go for a bit and see how you get on? You could still eat more calories and do SW though - there's tonnes of free foods you could have if you wanted to eat back your exercise cals. I agree with Nellylou though - make sure you still eat healthy! I have never just calorie counted but I did used to fall into the trap when I did WW of eating bad stuff and misusing my points. X
