brit's 2013 slimming world + fitbit diary :D - time to get skinny!!!!!

Good advice - if you fancy a change give cc a go for a bit and see how you get on? You could still eat more calories and do SW though - there's tonnes of free foods you could have if you wanted to eat back your exercise cals. I agree with Nellylou though - make sure you still eat healthy! I have never just calorie counted but I did used to fall into the trap when I did WW of eating bad stuff and misusing my points. X

ive been following it and i havent been over my cals but the scales are saying im up boo so dont think ill be getting a loss this week. I miss writing it all down tho and seeing if im in my syns. Think SW is the way to go :D xx

yeah I know... well im going to get weighed in a few hours and I dont think I will have lost but we will see :) its just the cookies at work... they taste soo good haha need to make my own sw friendly ones.

welll i lost 0.5lbs :D even though ive lost im sticking with slimming world as I want to be a consultant in the future so until im at my target, slimming world is still for me :D

image therapy was really good today we all had a card with different vegetables on and then we had to say what recipe we could use that vegetable in. Got some great ideas and a woman gave me three of her recipes on paper (think im finally in the crew)

been to asda and got the ingredients for mushy pea curry :D this week im going to write down everything i am eating. Also bought some berry bakewell hifis to get me away from the subway cookies :D

Body magic for today is walking to work 45 mins :D

Subway cookies are too nice... have you ever made sw friendly ones?? I can eat far too many of the subway white choc cookies (and the M&S ones) at once.
Well done on the loss :D Your IT sounded interesting. Ours this week was on SAS logs and body magic. I really need to start exercising. Never started those squats despite my intentions! How are you getting on with those now?

on the terms of exercise.. im still doing the 30 day squat challenge change believe its nearly over!!! might have to do the ab challenge in may.
I also walk to work and back every day (50mins each way) so im active, by the time ive walked back from work im far too knackered to go the gym... i might just have to force myself

yesterday i worked for my old job, I thought i would only be there for a few hours, i was there until 1.30am!! i had to be in subway at 7am this morning... I won't be doing that again, it was nice to see people but its changed and i need to move on hehe

Food looks yummy

Saw you did the squats, I'm on rest day today which puts me a day behind you now. Yesterday's 190 were hard enough so dread to think what 220 are gonna be like tmrw :-o I'm quite scared - having said that 50 were hard at first and there's no way I would have been able to do 190 back then! Xx
