Busybusy's 4 week challenge

Morning busy,

little precious looks wonderful :) did you appreciate driving her like he would? ;) I lived over the road to a guy once with a maserati and he looked after it so much, His wife had a white range rover. They both were lovely people and were the only ones that made my time there comfortable, the other neighbours...well horrible springs to mind.

hows the weighins going? Do you do weekly?

It was nice, sooo many buttons compared to my micra! Tbh I'm not that bothered about prestige and status anymore....I look back now and think all that money I spent in past on cars, insurance and petrol! My micra suits me and the boys fine! I must be getting old.!

I'm not gonna WI as much and focus more on inches.
 
Morning all,

Had some bad sugar cravings last night and this morning. My neighbour made us a gorgeous giant homemade cup cake and donuts - they where calling me so badly!! I resisted and made do with a handful of dates instead.

Feeling shattered today, been sat here all morning (I'm not a sitter in the mornings, more of a doer), not feeling down or anything just too tired to move.

This is the last day of my 4 week challenge. Set out to lose a stone but haven't lost a single 1lb. However, I have;

1.significantly lost inches
2. Built up a good training habit (40mins X4-5 a week)
3. Managed to stay LC most of the time
4. Managed to create balanced LC meals without feeling restricted.

I'm carrying on with the challenge to lose as much as possible up until the wedding (24 aug)

Glad you are staying :) losing the inches is always good, fitting into smaller clothes is always going to be a winner! I have decided that my bones must weigh a tonne and as long as the inches are coming off the flab is going...... Lol saying that I've not measured in a while so shall see! x

Thanks T x. It's nice to be staying xx. WI has been a total nightmare for me and really wrecking my head. I'm going with your WI in 2 weeks suggestion, so that makes next WI 5th aug. I'm gonna measure next on thurs as last thurs I'd lost an inch.

Will have to have a look for her! I'm never going to be a waif, I just want to tone up my back and be a 34" toned bra size with only a little jelly belly :) oh and lose a couple of inches from my waist and thighs lol!

No measuring from me, TOM so not expecting any loss but weighed today and weigh the same do happy! I'm with you on the 5th xx
 
Yeah, of course. I can't see why not. Mine's a box set, they are 20mins each but I can add on another 10 from the fast sessions. I'll probably be doing Ladans which is a LBT style work out on in between days.

No point measuring or WI while your on if it'll effect you if there's a gain. Maybe take some pics instead x

Excellent! Will definitely take pics! I did before for 30 day shred but it was minimal clothing, leggings and vest this time!!

i don't blame you, half the time it's a mind mess anyway. So jealous of the inches your losing, I'm not...weird.

I totally get where you are at with prestige stuff, you know it never makes you happy really. I'm finding the simple things in life bring a smile.....like when I finally get to go o the park......hahahahah lol

Been a funny day. Had a really lazy one......had lots of sugar cravings, thankfully I've been seen sensible and not given in. So achey and sore from gym. Haven't a clue for dinner, may do something simple as just me to cook for today. So sorry if I've not dropped in to your diary today xx.

It's certainly all about the simple things. X

I bet you'll lose the inches overnight when you do, you'll probably not notice anything for a while and then really see it. They say its hard for the body to lose fat and skin at the same time, people often ffind they stall in one or the other x.

Hmmm wonder where the sugar cravings are coming from?? Have you had anything that could have kicked them back off?
im having major cravings but its the Atkins bars for sure, funnily enough not advantage ones but couldn't find them yesterday so got indulge, they are the beast...nice but deadly.

just seen some mint new ones so gonna treat myself to them and some new coconut oil.

Glad it's Monday! Back to routine and structure. Kids are ready but refusing to go to nursery - so letting them stay home......I'll probably regret a bit later :-/

Working out at home, doing 20mins (its actually 30 inc the warm up and cool down) of kettleworx cardio and 10mins fast abs.

I love weekdays too, hate week ends, feel like I'm always writing the days off to get back to structure. I love routine.
