Everything ok here. Yesterday had 2BPs all day and then dinner at 9.30, didn't feel hungry due to the heat and probably from fasting last few days. Then wanted to wait for hubby's fast to be over so we could eat together. Dinner was a curried fried eggs with green chillies, onion and coriander with some fried cabbage. It was very yummi.
Still no change for me on scales but still losing inches.! Very frustrating, found this in the main forum on a very useful sticky;
8. Take your measurements - The body sometimes has difficulty losing weight and inches at the same time. It takes a lot for the body to shed excess skin. There will be times when your body will lose inches and stall losing weight during this process. A true stall in Atkins is considered 4 weeks of no weight loss AND no loss of inches. By taking your measurements, you can determine whether you ever reach a true stall, though it is rare if you are eating properly.
I'm going to put the scales away for a couples of weeks and saves myself the mental torture!
The family have requested Daal today, which is my favourite. legumes are the only thing I really miss on this, so can't weight for maintenance phase.
