Feel much better not drinking as much as I was have broken that habit happily and I didn't drink after OH I had the row on Sunday which I think I would have done very recently given the pattern I was in:/
Been a busy bee already this morning got sausages in the oven for breakfast one rosemary and onion and one normal Linda McCartney one (2 syns) and think I will have with baked beans and syn them too as already using my HEXB and doing red but beans need eating. So breakfast will be 7 syns but am ok with that as will take a chocolate bunny to work with me for 4 syns as a treat and leave it at 11 for the day doesn't especially help after yesterday but not depriving myself because I will go off track. Also made pizza for work tonight and Sunday. Need to write a small shopping list for tonight when I finish work as I am running out of stuff.
Scales were back down to 11st 10lb this morning think it was dehydration yesterday, only 1/4lb away from one of my mini targets, back to a single digit after my 11. Feeling very focused again today even tho this is a weekend I find hard as I'm working late tonight, early tomoro, all day Sunday and early Monday so find it very tiring and need to be really organised or I run out of food!
Got loads to do this morning but will try and drink plenty as I won't when I get to work
