Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

I am getting my little goals back. Next one to loose again this week. My mum is coming tomoro as I'm off work we're going bedding and saucepan shopping very excited :)

But got a my john Lewis card and get free coffee and cake once a month so doing that and will probably have lunch out will try for somewhere healthy but might not manage it depends on what mum fancies :)
 
Ah yes that's the one I saw yesterday. We have a huge bed so none of there being fits ours but the housey stuff there is lovely. X Have a good day. X
 
I'd love a king size bed :) they had lovely tea towels too I think which will match my new kitchen :D thinking mum might treat me as I'm cat sitting for 2 weeks for them while I'm on secondment she said she'd pay me but would prefer house stuff :)

Looking at lunch options possibly ask as I get 30% off in there
 
Hate my scales this morning after seeing 11st 9 yesterday am back up to 11st 12.25 what is that all about?!

Was good yesterday no black whole of syns after wi, I did go over by 10 but I was counting!! I don't always do that! And only had one Hifi one of my worst habits is eating 3 in class but doesn't seem to have helped!

Looked at asks menu the salad choices are rubbish! I want to do red as had today planned before mum was coming and don't want to change and they work best for me but will see, will be chicken I am sure. Will have quick look in the food directory before I go out. Need to pop to work to get change first sooooo annoying only place to get change is where I work! And I need it for the park and ride they have changed the system you used to pay when you left but now you pay on the bus when you get on but is really quick so much handier than the normal bus which takes 45mins in peak hrs this only takes 15! They have an app but not sure if you can use it to pay for park and ride I will ask when I get one, only changed in the last month and I haven't been to town this year!
 
No idea what day I am doing today now. Had salad with mozzarella, olives avocado and artichoke hearts so not free but was lovely and best choice had red wine at 8.5 and no idea of syns for cake as impossible to get info on john Lewis food! Think it might be a green day as had no HEXB so can have chicken later as that and still have beans. Will have fruit and yoghurt when I get in with a cuppa and no more syns for the day then. Am still over syns but can do low syn day tomoro I think as doing a late at work and makes that easy :)
 
I'm not allowed near bleach. I dont buy bleach spray as I am terrible with it. My Mr has to bleach stuff I need doing and I have to be out the room else I'd still get it on me lol.
 
I will be able to have new ones I know but just annoyed at myself for doing it also ruined a top I wear underneath is only a white 3/4 sleeve thing from h&m was dead cheap but comfy so frustrated mainly! Need to write a list of things I want when I get my bonus next month :) not huge things just bits and pieces but if I don't write a list I won't remember next month, I suddenly want loads of stuff!!
 
My new things all from primark came to £16 bedding was £12 and tea towels £1 each so had 4 all as a present from mum too :D

Trying to figure today out! Had

B Linda McCartney sausages with tomato ketchup (2syns)
S coffee with skimmed milk and half a ginger cake (8) total guess
L chef's salad in ask pepper lettuce basil avocado olives artichokes buffalo mozzarella Parmesan 2 HEXA and syns tho no idea how many glass of red wine 8.5 and a coffee
D KFC chicken HEXB baked beans and coleslaw salad mix with nothing added as trying to cut down on syns by dinner time is a tweak as I used smash to make it but figure I did a green day with no carbs so not the worst thing ever (justifying it to myself)

So am definitely over syns but will do low syn day tomoro I think which will be

L struggling to decide and then struggling to decide about dinner too have left over KFC chicken which is why I am being indecisive!

Have been planning ahead for next week though and apart from breakfast on my day off, when I have the dentist for 4 fillings and Friday night dinner I am reasonably sorted and trying to decide where to go for lunch on Saturday when my friend is visiting thinking zizzi maybe as they do wholemeal base pizzas for under 500 calories but it is the alcohol that will do for me that is harder for me as I love wine!
 
Feel much better not drinking as much as I was have broken that habit happily and I didn't drink after OH I had the row on Sunday which I think I would have done very recently given the pattern I was in:/

Been a busy bee already this morning got sausages in the oven for breakfast one rosemary and onion and one normal Linda McCartney one (2 syns) and think I will have with baked beans and syn them too as already using my HEXB and doing red but beans need eating. So breakfast will be 7 syns but am ok with that as will take a chocolate bunny to work with me for 4 syns as a treat and leave it at 11 for the day doesn't especially help after yesterday but not depriving myself because I will go off track. Also made pizza for work tonight and Sunday. Need to write a small shopping list for tonight when I finish work as I am running out of stuff.

Scales were back down to 11st 10lb this morning think it was dehydration yesterday, only 1/4lb away from one of my mini targets, back to a single digit after my 11. Feeling very focused again today even tho this is a weekend I find hard as I'm working late tonight, early tomoro, all day Sunday and early Monday so find it very tiring and need to be really organised or I run out of food!

Got loads to do this morning but will try and drink plenty as I won't when I get to work
 
Had a good morning had 5 cups of tea and 2 fruit teas. Just had lunch of salad ryvita sardines and beetroot followed by a yoghurt and grapes had a persimmon fruit before I ate as well as am in work in 15 mins so in a bit of a rush. House is much cleaner and tidier tho and de clogged the dyson as had loads of my hair stuck in it have very long hair and it gets everywhere!

Must dash off to work which will no doubt be very boring today!
 
Work wasn't too boring in fact although scales up to 11st 12.25 this morning which after a perfect day is v annoying. Am cooking today my least favourite job as I'm allergic to pork. Day will go quickly I expect although breakfast time can't come fast enough :)
