Plates are lovely!!
I think the little goals You have set yourself are great little motivators.
Tbh is like You say. It's best to get out the habit of drinking most nights. Because it's loaded with sugar so can't help the losses. But every now and again is Ok. Don't deprive yourself of something you want else You will want it more.
It would be great for you to get back to a number you haven't been to yet on the scales. You know how to do the plan. You Just need your will power button on full. Lol x x

Yes that is so true! Did see today that Asda do mini bottles of the yellow tail Shiraz I am enjoying at the moment didn't get any but will have one as my next treat

Still on plan just had an apple and grapes with a cup of tea tea is chicken and salad will probably have a glass of wine too despite all I have said! Confused about what I am doing today as started on ee but looking more like red now hmmmm

Am really struggling to use all my HEXA as I haven't had cereal today no way I will use it all in tea even tho I have had 4 cups and if I change to red I will have another one to use too

Bought frozen cherries this morning in Asda which I am quite excited to try as pre stoned and reasonably good value thinking of using on my weetabix for some superfree

Had row with OH about dinner and left him at his parents ooops. I thought we were all having chicken we weren't I wouldn't eat crispy chicken breasts as 16.5syns so got annoyed he wouldn't understand why not. So now home and going to have chilli which wasn't my plan but it's there so only needs heating up. Will have cheese for HEXA and turn it in to a red day. Off to look at my food directory now for Aldi and lidl

Oh no. Hope you find something nice to eat at home. Thing is your really trying to stay and get back on plan. You would of thought he would be more supportive.

I think i need to look at some different recipes too. . Going to have roasted med veg with something tommorow.

I had chilli with cheese and quark was nice and just had a cuppa with fruit ryvita and a ww dessert yoghurt and a cup of tea

Have discussed it now he hadn't really realised how hard I am finding it and how much I had regained hopefully having been honest will help me to get back on track and stay there. He is supportive but doesn't really like sw as a concept I think is the bottom line. He doesn't love food tho so thinks eating toast and a banana and then Shreddies in a day is ok whereas I would feel deprived and want to binge he doesn't get it at all.

I need new recipes too :)

I'll have a look for some new recipes for us. :p
Like u say at least with you being honest to him he can understand then where your coming from.

That sounds lush I love mushrooms! Using garlic fry light would be good too with that!

Only 2 recipes that caught my eye in mag were the chicken bhuna and sticky buffalo chicken

Done my list from Wednesday.
So
