Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

Not feeling great has turned in to a migraine so taken it v easy today and not made it to work, just being careful not to use it to go off plan,

Having a green day. Had Linda McCartney sausages mushrooms and baked beans, weetabix muffins, soup, mango and got pizza for dinner :)

Had 3 syns for chocolate in muffins so far might have BBQ sauce on pizza or maybe more cheese for more syns want to keep them low today as had 20 yesterday so want to pull in a bit today.

Have already said I'm not going to work tomoro as need to be in at 7 and I won't make that am like a zombie at the moment

Have found plenty of good things for week ahead, going to do the rendeng tomoro, sticky sesame chicken, beef kofta, salmon teriyaki, pizza, chilli, buffalo chicken and next Sunday undecided do have a whole chicken I need to roast so might do that
 
Pizza in the oven and munching on grapes watching f1 show :D my lovely oh went on a trip for ginger beer for me have gone from hungry to absolutely starving which is not good grr been focusing on superfree since breakfast as morning was a bit lacking
 
I am thank you, am sitting up now rather than propping my head up. Pizza wasn't enough so if still hungry I'll have something more in half an hour I've not eaten loads today so might be genuine hunger! Happy with my syns so far if I need something else will be something free

I am which is why I have already told work I'm not going in, I know from bitter experience I need to rest up to get better so that is my plan for the next 2 days then back to it on Monday!
 
Had milk for rest of HEXA with honey one syn had weetabix muffins so need to syn wrap at 5 and 3 for chocolate so at 12 for the day but am ok with that as was hungry and needed more food. In bed now hoping for a decent nights sleep xx
 
Slept ok did wake up with a bad head in the night but feel much better now plan for today is to take it easy. Got some tv to catch up on and lots of milk for tea :)

Asda tomoro morning and England Wales in the afternoon I hate it! My least favourite day of year!
 
Having a quick nibble of grapes and yoghurt before Asda. I did have a snaky peak wi 11st 9.5lb this morning altho I have no idea what I weighed on weds so is a little bit pointless! Would like it to go down to 8.75lb before weds as then will have finally lost all my holiday gain! Slow going! Then on to my Christmas gain. Had a look on line last night and being doing sw for 39 weeks and am the weight I was 20 weeks ago! Not a mega impressive effort! I need to be more positive about how far I have come but struggling a bit on that front even though I am finding being on plan easier again, did feel good in my skinny jeans yesterday but still got a way to go.

Been thinking about my HEXB have been having a lot of weetabix and ryvita going to try and mix it up a bit and have scan bran too, either by doing the split sw allows, 1 weetabix and 2 scan bran or by having them both as I do mainly red. Just feel I need to mix it up a bit, doing well doing that on the dinner front but not so well on breakfast and lunch, I'm not bored but wonder if my body is a bit and it needs a change. Might look in to the scan bran challenge.
 
Remember to look on the over haul picture how much have u lost in total in those 39 weeks. You will get there. It is slow going I know how you feel about that. . But you had time out as well for days out and going away. You've got to give your a break. Since being back on plan you've been losing. So keep going. . I do think it's an excellent idea to mix your hex up. I need to buy some different cereal for a change. Going to look through what h ex b are on line later.

Did u pick and thing good up from asda. I still haven't managed to get any of those b free wraps or any dragon fruit from ours. Think I need another run up there again this week.

Posted a pic to your thread for new HEXB to try :) got both this morning in Asda

Made the hot and sour tofu soup this morning and had Linda McCartney sausages mushroom onion and eggs with 2 syns ketchup and a weetabix muffin so far. Going for scan bran for lunch and sticky sesame chicken for dinner just got rugby to get through first!!!
 
Had scan bran and soup for lunch, so glugging plenty of water now! Got loads to eat later, 2 chocolate weetabix muffins, cherries and raspberries with yoghurt sugar free jelly and sesame chicken and salad also got loads of milk left to use, might have hot milk with that before bed as I'll never use it otherwise. Not looking forward to this stupid rugby game!!

Only had one HEXA again today I struggle as I don't like milk and cheese didn't go with any meals!

Going to have hot milk and honey in a bit to chill me out before bed but still won't use it all!

Watching a true crime thing at the moment early start and a rubbish day tomoro, trying so hard this week really want a loss!!
 
Sorry not Been around much this weekend. . But your food looks like your doing really well. You feel so much better for being on plan. And like you say. Your smashing through those targets x. You'll be back to where you want to be in no time x
 
Thanks ladies. Saw your pics on the other place heather looked lovely. We had a quick walk in the park but my shoes are brand new and refused to go far!!

Had a little tidy up of my cupboards got some stuff to eat up so going to try to get on that, jelly being the main thing, I never think to have them, I should as often crave sweet stuff after dinner.

Also got chickpea Dahl, and other stuff better suited to green days. Might make a bean casserole to have after wi and on Thursday as green days need to be near the start of the week!! Hmmm that would work as on a late on Thursday so could eat it in work.
