Hey hun, sorry to hear work isn't great again. I definitely get stress headaches and had one yesterday. Not nice at all. Hope you're feeling better this morning and the rest of your week goes well xx

Work was ok today busy trying to get people to look at the positives at the moment to see how far we have come despite being in difficult circumstances!
 
Lost 1.5 so 11st 9lb today pleased as got my 1.5st back have lost for 3 weeks with no gains and got a single digit after the 11 again too. So need another few mini targets have found them really helped focus my mind.

Did weigh tonight is really hard work!! Had 47 people through so was hectic

Am also thinking ahead to when I am away on secondment in a month as will need to be very organised. I'm staying at my parents they are away but will be in control of my food at least. When I know my hours I can plan

Like you say when your are at your mums you need to plan ahead. You'll be fine. Your getting so good at being back on plan.
I know it must be manic doing weighing. My friend did it a few weeks ago and she kept telling people who had put on that they had lost lol. Them poor people one she corrected herself.lol.
I'm happy on the shop. I can't get much wrong there

My mum is away while I am there so makes it easier. Green day today with a huge pot of 5 beans chilli on the go is nice considering it was a chuck it the pot job!!
 
No no wine in work at 6:30!!! Will syn what I have had, 6 syns on Hifi bars and 10 syns on meringue nests but can live with that!! Back on it like sonic tomoro!
 
Looks like I am going out for dinner tomoro not sure where so plan

B weetabix fruit grapefruit
L soup grapes Sharon fruit
D either veg chilli or chicken and salad will do red or green depending on where we go hoping for harvester or a local chain so know menu pretty well will probably have scan bran and low low as a snack before I go to keep me on plan!
 
No friends :) determined to stay on plan. Will have diet coke I think to drink no wine! They mainly know I am on SW and I'll be driving so not drinking is easy. And no syns until then and will just count meal as 15
 
Stuck to plan so far 0.5 syns for a sugar free jelly but no other syns think weetabix is def most filling breakfast I've had this week. Had a busy morning in our cafe making loads of drinks and doing loads of dishes poured tea all over my hand was v sore but think it is ok not as red as it was!
 
So far going ok having Cajun chicken and diet coke. Had scan bran before I came too help keep me on track. Dinner has come with coleslaw damn xx
 
Was lovely and feel v pleased with myself as never had diet coke out before! Having a glass of red wine now as a reward so within syns for day 8 for wine 2 for oil and rest for 3 mouthfuls of coleslaw
 
You've done great clare I was desperate for a drink earlier and only had rosey. It was a gestures from someone (in a red girl like u not a rosey) but I nearly opened it. But then realised I hadn't got enough syns left so saving some syns for Saturday night. For a bottle of red lol
