Bye bye jelly belly and thunder thighs

Bad day foodwise my lunch was frozen by the fridge :( so had awful lunch as there were no good choices had chicken satay square crisps and buttons with tea so drawing a line and back to plan for dinner left over curry and cauliflower rice :) and a glass of wine lol!!

I plan (she says lol) not to have any until my friend and I go to our other friends for her birthday for afternoon champayne.!! Thats in 2 weeks
 
Hey lovely thanks for stopping by, have fallen off wagon the sts was worse than a gain for my for mind set ooops have been totally off plan, have dragged myself back to it today a bit had chicken and salad and got salmon and salad for dinner and wi tomoro, I didn't plan properly and didn't have much in that was why I went so badly wrong will try to plan later for the next week, I do find without a plan I am awful!
 
Tbh I can see where ur coming from. I get totally bored if chicken salad when I havent planned. So I to will do a food plan later. Im going make lasange tommorow after weigh in.

Exactly line drawn lunch tomoro sorted and breakfast fruit and porridge or maybe granola dinner undecided something from the freezer maybe kofta balls as have mince yes going to do that will grab it now got cauliflower rice to go with it too :) might boil an egg to go with lunch too actually
 
Oh and 12lbs to target am 11st 8 at mo and target 10st 10lb altho want to sit at the bottom of that if I can have lost 1st 9lb so far which is the most I have lost on a diet altho I was heavier than I ever have been!!
 
Been on plan 100% although didn't have enough for dinner!

B porridge and fruit and grapefruit
L salmon and salad and quavers and diary milk 10 syns all together
D beef kofta and cauliflower rice
S jelly and a Linda mcartney sausage after I tried a fruit tea and was still starving!!

Have also made some jelly never done it before

Good wife at 9 yay! Though no wine :(
 
Ended up with 2 ryvita and Hifi bar am finally not hungry decided I had to eat or I would have been starving all day tomoro too am a bit over today had about 20 syns today but I always feel ryvita I'd an ok use of syns!!
