As for my loss, I was a stone lighter in feb ad there has been no reason for me to gain, just laziness towards the SW diet. :-(
RED days on SW always gave me better losses but recently the option to have a bar of choc has caused me to binge a lot (especially in the last 2 weeks!) so this morning i decided Atkins was worth a try again!! V happy I made the decision

Re the senakot, you should be fine re #2s (we call it walking in the park lol) if you get most of your carb allowance from green leafy veg. Spinach so works for me

Re the s/f jelly - have it when you need to satisfy the sweet tooth craving, or the "I must have something after dinner" thing - just not too often.
