Breakfast- ww sausage, 2 ww bread, brown sauce (4) snack- ww cake (2) Lunch- half jacket potato and beans, ww biscuits (12) Tea- 2 ww wraps, quorn chicken, onion, pepper, petite filous, 3 chocolate biscuits (13) snack- 2 ww malt loaf (4) Total points= 35 /35
it was thanks. hard thing is trying not to snack in the evenings x
opted for ww hot choc and mini marshmallows instead...naughty but not as naughty <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=117702"/>
breakfast- 2 weetabix, banana, skimmed milk snack- 2 ww malt loaf lunch- ww wrap, ham, ww soup planned tea- asda good for u thai green curry microwave meal, petit filous 9 points left for after tea may have another hot choc tonight
off plan tonight=red wine and pringles!
