Calorie Counting- Losing weight whilst on maternity leave

so new year. new start. hubby got up with our 8 month old this morning. so i got a lie in till 8.10 till he brought him to me cos he cudnt stop him crying. i stopped him crying then he threw up on me cant drink anymore wen ive got to get up and sing and play with a baby! looking forward to today. taking baby out on his new trike to the forest. weigh in= 14.10....3 lbs off

3lbs off is excellent - particularly after what I assume was more than one wine last night

breakfast- 2 weetabix, banana, skimmed milk....my fave, id eat this for all 3 meals a day if i was single!
lunch- 1 ww sausage, 2 ww bread, brown sauce, ww cake
tea- 2 ww sausages, mash, onion and mushroom gravy, cabbage
points=only 20!?

Eating too little is not better than eating too much your body will go into starvation mode.

i am! cudnt believe how few ive had.ive eaten properly today!!? am stuffed too!! may try and force something down later ;-)

defo!! its yum. i added 3 cloves of garlic too usually do 2 but wanted it more garlicky

lunch- ww soup, ww bread, ww malt loaf
snack- ww biscuits
tea- ww microwave meal (as hubby is having a pizza), ww yoghurt
total= 30 points, 2 left for snack tonight

it is yum, cheap, easy and low calorie!
quorn mince
tin of plum tomatoes (plum are better quality than chopped so i chop them myself)
garlic
onion
pepper
mushroom
beef oxo cube
italian herbs

sometimes i leave out the italian herbs and put tobasco sauce in instead for some spice or sometimes paprika. i use paprika in a lot of things.
my latest fave thing is cinnamon in my quorn chilli con carne!......de licious!!!

forgot.to add to.last nights food.....about 6 ww biscuits...naughty naughty! but normally id eat 6 none ww biscuits which are doublr the cals
