Lost 1.5lbs at weigh in this morn, happy with that although 1/2 lbs make me really nervous - they look messy! So pleased I've got two days off work - no excitng plans - just lots of work already!!

Thanks Was happy with that. 15.5 to go for my London target - that's 2.5 a week. I've lost just over 3 and a half stone Maybe a bit more depending on which scales I've been on, as the ones at work have me half a stone lighter than WW. I like those scales! How are you finding slimming world? xx
I often think of going back to it, as I really like the recipes and there's no weighing. However, think I like the idea of wraps, bagels and crumpets on WW You've done fab too Must admit your latest foods have looked amazing! xx
I've done a couple of NC weeks so far so might do a few more and see how I find them. I don't really mind weighing stuff as it's teaching me portion control. I'm always looking for sneaky ways to have an extra few grams or points too hehe
